can overwatering cause it to preflower? im on week 7 of my 1st grow and it started flowering at week 4 while it was still tiny as. just trying to figure out what i could have done before i start my next seeds

Two hours of extra light for one week can postpone flowering. Porch light or balcony light is good enough.
