@PersianGreenthumb, 🙏 thanks mate. I usually defoliate (if I left any big fan leaves) right before harvest. Then cut the stem at bottom and hang dry the plant as it is for about 4-5 days in 22-24°C and trying to keep the RH as close to 45-50% as possible.
After 4-5 days I start to trim the frosty sugar leaves and by the time I get done (In 2-5 days since I trim a lot of plants) they're perfectly dry and ready for 24-48h in a paper bag to suck out any excess moisture hiding deep inside. Then mason jars until I feel it has cured enough (usually only 3 weeks until the chlorophyll has evaporated, but weed is like wine it only gets better with time, as long as it get to breath now and then).
