seed had a helmet head but is doing fine now! This was a free gift seed and I'm very excited about it. Watering with aloe juice to start on the first week.
Day 9: Leaves seem to be doubling in size every 2 hours, lots of new green growth. watering minimally but I'm just scared of over watering. Will start nutrients on week 3
Day 11: Added one spoonful (2 tsp) of AZOMITE! Will add one more before flowering. 2nd leaves are out and the 3rd ones are just starting, growth is picking up! I'm running out of room in my tent but I hope it will be ok...
Day 13: Experimenting with adding some superworm Frass and Azos and Mykos to the soil, I plan to add this twice, once before flowering again, or every two weeks. I left a small container in the soil that I can remove and then put the Mykos into the hole, getting it closer to the roots.
Day 16: First nutrients tomorrow! The small green container is for inoculating the roots at a later date, I also put the plant closer to one side of the pot to see if it will be easier to train that way and water it.
Day 19: Looking good! Started training and leaf tucking to get the side shoots some air. Responded well to Grow Big at 1/4 strength.
Day 20: Hopefully a low stress training to the side, I'm expecting the plant to be small since there isn't a whole lot of airspace in the tent. Watering 120 mL this week, the azos and mykos seems to be working I think, the soil is not dried out where I watered in the azos and mykos, but where I didn't add it it has dried out completely. So, not much water this week is needed at all.
Day 24: Looking great and growing steadily, but still very small. Which, I always forget that all plants start out small, but this one seems like it will stay small. The tent is very crowded! Starting to smell, like a skunk. Leaves are very dark green.
Day 28: Trained again today, watering with bong water. I had another nutrient problem with one of my other plants so I'm scared about over feeding this one. I might do fish emulsion next week with some big bloom. Branches are branching out!
Day 37: I'm happy I haven't accidentally topped this plant, We're almost at the halfway point. Branches are very fragile and I taped one back together today, It broke from growing after being trained. I think the 2 other plants in my tent are crowding it but they might be done by the end of the month we will see. The leaves taste good at least! Trying to water more frequently, I think I under watered at first.
Day 43: Flowering has started! I'm also doing this HST training trick with putting 2 or 3 pins through each stem, I will remove them later this week. The branches I have done this with seem to be a little bigger and bushier, very exciting! I also moved the plant down 1 or 2" from the light to see if it will stretch out a little more, everything is very dense and compact and hard to train but it is working and I think if the plant does stretch out then it will be great and have tons of room. Removed a few leaves but I want to try and leave as many as possible
Also, cleaning the BAT Guano out of the barn attic to use for the next grow, I added half a teaspoon this week to this grow, let steep as a tea overnight. I hope to do the next grows organic, using local bat shit! yesssss
Day 51: I've been supercropping, with great results! I noticed the branch I broke a little had the biggest flowers, so I've been breaking the stems between each flower this week. Everything smells like a caramel coffee. so excited! I've been watering with coconut water, and drinking it myself, I thought this plant looked healthy BEFORE I added the water, now the leaves seem to be so much happier. Also added .05g of beastie blooms, I'm going to alternate that and Cha Ching every other week till the flush. I think really small amount of this work well as like a supplement.
