@yalaoy, Powdery mildew true and false? Many people do not know the difference between true and false powdery mildew. The two fungi are disastrous for the plant but the fungi appear differently and we don't treat them the same either. @@WisdomCulture420, In this case they are too symmetrical lines to be powdery mildew. Powdery mildew can effectivly be removed by treating the plants with a vinegar and milk recipe as long as they are not flowering yet. This case seems to be an overdose of calcium reducing the plants ability to uptake some nutrients such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, boron, copper, iron, or zinc. The white lines show an defficiency of Magnesium due to excess calcium and can be fixed by flushing and lowering the nutrients until recovered.
