not a 100% sure, but I had the same problem,
fellow at the greenhouse told me my soil might be to hot.
Try just straight water for a bit, see if it goes away.

Perhaps the reason was in the sharp concentration of fertilizers. 1/2 of the usual dosage corrects the yellow color of the leaf.
