Hey you guys it’s 2/29/20 Day 50 of my auto grow my first grow ever
Been a minute huh yeah I know well here’s an update on the Autos I moved my homemade tent into a different area of the house cause I’ve been having xtra company and light party’s and didnt want to disturb them I also added an 250w grow build from the hydro shop first couple days of moving the plants they took on n was happy with the area but lately I been having bad humidity issues so I got one from a friend and it was working fine but the past 4-5 days idk what’s wrong but the humidifier just stop releasing water but the fan still spins and it’s water in it I don’t know what’s that bout
So here we go with the girls 😉
Zkittlez Og Auto : has jumped into flower I haven’t done anything to but some lst and added some bud candy today 2/29/20 day 50 day from seed to pot with distilled water only ph at 6.3 bout a week ago I feed with heavy nutes so I didn’t want to add anything xtra but it’s looking very good lovely bud sites smells like the blue jolly ranchers candy
Gelato Auto : today I just noticed some pistil showing the leaves are very dry I think it’s from the humidity being so low gotta get on that ASAP it’s also showing burnt yellow tips I don’t know what that is CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE IT THAT FROM PLEASE.. other than that I topped the gelato auto like a week or two ago n it’s popped two xtra heads that look very strong n green I also did do some lst and defoliation on cleaned up them bottom new growth and fan leaves I don’t think I clipped them right this is my first grow ever so I’m still learning
Zkittlez Auto : I thought it was over for the regular Zkittlez so I defo and hst didn’t feed it for three weeks no water transplanted it a different three gallon bag and it new growth is amazing I did a lot of experimenting with this plant I topped it in four different places I’m still not sure if it’s going to produce anything it’s so small and it’s auto on it’s 50th day from seed to pot but I’m impressed with the recovery of this plant I hope I pull something out it but it is looking good to me anyway
But since I feel I stunned the growth with over watering cut down on feeding and watering to one week water next week feed than the following week nothing and restart with just water to see how they take on I have to get a new humidifier ASAP cause I did add an 250w hid grow bud in my grow tent which increased the heat boosting to 27-28c but staying at an low 32% humidity and my plants leaves are feeling so drop so I know I have to get on that ASAP
But any advice please I’m begging you guys please to leaves comments and tell me what you think I should do and why am I getting burnt yellow tips

Actually it depends what kind of soil do you use and how did you prepared it. For first week it can grow even with distilled water feeding.
Do not feed around seedlings, first two weeks pour water at the edges of the pot. Roots should seek for water.
And also looks like there is light deficiency.

I've had exactly the same problem, The burnt edges are usually from nutrient overload. Try dialling down on the nutrients, and feed once a week. I would go 1/2 or 1/4 of the recommended dose. Hopes this helps ya! :)

Looks like you fed them a little too much. No big deal. I burn mine a little every time. In soil it is best to feed every third watering. Water, water, feed, repeat. This will help with the burn and stop salts from building up on the roots. Autos usually won't ever need more than half of the recommended dose of nutrients. Good luck!

How do I know for sure when my autoflowers are finished I still see a lot of white hairs and their still producing white hairs my zkittlez og auto has some amber hairs but it’s producing new white hairs

Get a jewelers loop, 10 bucks or so 15-30x minimum, its the only way to know for sure where you stand, everything else is guessing.
Look at the tricone a LOT so you can begin to learn their structure and colors.
When to take the plant is subjective, the effects will change based on when you harvest.
All a milky white color with mushroom heads will do though it is VERY easy to miss the clear tricones.
I wait until I begin to see some amber (very little unless I am growing some sleepy time stuff anyway) then its done IMO.
Get loop and study them, it will pay off.

@KrudBuddysExotics, every strain is very dif, some like nutes some dont.
Every bean will be dif even from same batch, but ...
In general, you dont need to feed plant so early, for first two weeks he has everything in his seed , i dont speak even that normal soil is full of food aswel.
But ...
Next time have two plants, force one, go steady with other.
Make like 3 indipendant grows for more clear result.
I can bet you will laugh to that guys face after ;)

@AsNoriu, yeah everyone is saying that but I had another grower come by and said should push em to the limit just go lite nutes once a week then 50% nutes thru the rest n only water last two weeks

Yo my g what's going on.... Your plants are still only small mate no need for nuts yet just keep with the spray gun and if u are feeding only feed 10% of what it says on the bottle.. Your plants don't need much to thrive and if there under led as well it takes a lot longer for the water to get sucked up... With autos less is more in most cases.. Remember mate only way to get better is to fkk up on the way happy growing playyyer

Looks like it's doing really well - I'm currently doing a Fastbuds Zkittlez and I have super cropped it. It's taken very well too it and is showing no signs of stress. If you need any advice of help just stop me a message! Check out my diaries if you get a chance! Happy growing

I highly recommend getting a high quality light but until then bring your lights a lot closer to about 12 to 18 inches away from the canopy. Samung LEDs are really good. I have my old blurples lights for bloom since they have a lot of the red spectrum. I have a 500w BudgetLED and it pulls a true 500w from the wall.

@419plus1, your right I don’t think it pushes a full 1200 it say it replaces a 800w hps but it’s really kickin strong tho since I added it to the tent my clones has started giving a lot of new growth in just days and I moved the autos into a separate tent with just an 250w grow bulb from the hydro shop some reason the Gelato Auto still looks like it’s stuck n not growing but the Xkittles Auto I taking on strongly I see new buds piling on top of buds n new pistils popping out I will b updating soon

@KrudBuddysExotics,I know those lights advertise 1200w but there is no way. It is producing those numbers. I have two Chinese blurple lights that say 1200w but when tested it's actually 248w. I just bought an American quantum board that was $615 for true 500w

@Fast_Buds, hey thanks this my first time growing n I’m kinda sad I think I may have drowned my seeds or place them too deep into soil because a friend of mines we started with the same strains from the same vendors and his seeds has already sprouted and mines hasn’t we have the same set up n everything do you think I may have drowned the seeds or place them too deep n would it hurt if I try to replant them or is it over for the seeds n I should just reorder n start over
