Germination in a paper towel has worked 100% for me so far so why change it. I decided to give m3 Michigan Made Mix soil a go for this auto. Hopefully I see a good change rather than negative change from switch over from FFOF. Everything is smooth sailing as of now. added Mammoth P/ Rhizotonic to the pre watering on the soil to star build up microbe culture in the soil. 💪👍💪 - 1/11/20 I began germination in a paper towel - 1/13/20I transplanted directly into a 5 gal airpot with m3. I have had 100% success rating this way so why change ! - 1/14/20 notice first signs of plant breaking surface - 1/15/20 plant has fully broken surface and showing first leaves Day 3- Growth is on track and color looks great! all is good. Day 5- Still growing fast!

This Dinafem Moby Dick XXL auto is right on track! into the second weak and I did a tent adjustment as far as lights go. I had my tent running Veg + Bloom lights for majority of the veg cycles on my other plants. Veg + Bloom gets me 80 wats a sq/ft from the wall just a few plants couldn't handle the light intensity while others could like this Moby Dick for instance. Regardless I set my light back 50% to just veg lights and im pulling 45 wats a sq/ft and the plants all seem to be digging this "cooler" light right now. I have a ExHale Co2 bag in the tent its properly propagating and producing co2 at this point. It states that it supply up to 1500 ppms of C02 but I have no way to measure it. I place the bag at the bottom of my tent (because c02 is heavier than air). I have a box fan on low and no ventilation running in my tent. This is so I can maintain higher moisture levels in the tent and also because I don't really need ventilation these plants don't smell. By turning off the ventilation I have significantly higher moisture Daily updates : Day 8- Everything is great! and im continues with Mammoth P waterings every other day. Day 12- She is on pace and im continuing with only Mammoth P currently.

I went away for a week and came back to this plant healthy as ever (thanks to my wonderful girl friend who watered them on my strict schedule haha). I also switched my bloom lights on to get the tent up to full wattage . The co2 bag Is boomin , really glad I got one because the leafs pray up to the light and I that's what im looking for. The growth is also more vigorous than I've ever seen so regardless of what online says I think adding a co2 bag is 100% beneficial. I purchased recharge and cal mag to add on top my my mammoth P. Mammoth P is like a laser guided missile aimed towards targeting phosphorus growth while Recharge is like a bomb with many microbial benefits for the soil. Im seeing mega growth on all my autos more so than the others prior to this so I think im digging this feeding schedule for my autos a lot. I will start NFTG next week very lightly introducing it. Water Monday-Weds-Friday-Sun (average 80-85F during day 62F low at night 38-40RH%) 2/11/20- Did LST to widen her up and expose the smaller branches that had been covered by leaves. No defoliation at all just bending big fan leaves. 2/12/20-Watered heavily with recharge, cal mag, and mammoth p 2/15/20- Added tomato cage for support. Expecting her to be a monster! first NFTG feed. Started w/ early veg feed

Week 5 of Veg going in 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪 =) Day 29- She got a cage like her sisters because im assuming that she is going to grow some nice big colas (according to the xxl in her name haha) and she is definitely living up to what I expected from the great genetics dinafem offers us growers. I wasn't sure LST was the route for her but after contemplation I decided to LST / Defoliate just a little bit in hopes to squeeze out as much yield as I can with the current feed I give Im confident I will get some good dense colas with her! Will continue lightly with the NFTG feed but lightly like last week and then go heavy with mammoth p and recharge and cal mag per usual .. Day 30- Really starting to bulk up and bud sites are forming like crazy, I did more LST and slight defoliation again to manipulate some more growth. I cut back the bud sites on the under canopy as well. Day 32- I fed her with NFTG mid veg feed, Recharge, Magnesium Sulfate, and Mammoth P today .50 gallons approximately 6.27 ph

"probably" the last week before I harvest. I have been flushing her only the last week or so. She is still fattening up though! and her leaves are mutilating themselves/ I see no fade at all yet which goes to show this M3 soil aint no joke ahahaha. Ill take her day by day at this point and put her under the scope a few more times. I notice milky trichs but not 50 50 yet . Day 84- No water Day 85- Mammoth P/ Herc Harvest/ Aphrodites Extraction flush @ 6.4ph Day 86- No water Day 87- Herc Harvest/Aphrodites Extraction flush @6.5 Day 88- No water- moved outside to greenhouse for more room in the flower tent

Moby Dick XXL Overview- Growth ~ *Grown under a spider farmer sf2000 only in a 4x4 tent* Initial Veg period was 5 weeks. I did not top her and I performed very minimal LST/ defoliation. I started her right of the bat with the microbials (Mammoth P/ Recharge) and then later added my NFTG feed int week 4. She really started to explode in growth in week 4/5. I honestly did not notice one yellow leaf up until the very end when I started to flush her. This strain is very very tolerant I would say and grows HUGE. I started seeing signs of flowering in week 6 and it was history from there! She exploded with even more growth nearly doubling its size in flower (3.5 ft to be exact) and she grew many massive colas slammed with milky trichomes and dank smells! Buds grow long and slender as opposed to small/dense like golf balls. Nutrients ~ She was potted into a 6-gal fabric airpot w/ M3 soil. Like I do with most my plants I started her slowly with just microbial feeds (w/Mammoth P and Recharge) and I did not start using my main nutrient line (Nectar for The Gods) until week 4. I really like using a foliar spray to feed also. I kept a simple feed schedule with this one and it worked out really well. I try to follow this schedule (Shown below) as close to possible with some obvious interruptions to it here and there. Microbe tea /VEG ONLY*foliar spray No Water Feed /VEG ONLY*foliar spray Microbe tea No Water /VEG ONLY*foliar spray No Water or Flush (every two weeks) Aroma/Taste ~ One of my favorite parts about this plant was its aroma. Very pine like but sharp and unique . Its described an exotic wood smell and I definitely get that. Its so refreshing and earthy it’s a VERY nice change of pace from the fruitier strains. You do get a slight citrusy smell but the pine/ wood smell is really the overpowering smell. It is by far the smelliest auto I have ever grown so I really really respect how well of a job Dinafem did on these genetics. They obviously didn’t just focus on the size of the plant! She has a nice smooth flavor that is earthy and sharp . The wood flavors linger a bit which is very nice! Effects~ Almost instantly felt it in my head. Blessed with a euphoric feeling of calmness and almost a numbness to reality. I felt it for sure and it was very potent. 1 joint had me feeling it very hard and th high lasted what felt like an hour or so which is not the case for me usually! Its attributed to the sativa dominance this plant has. Im so used to growing hybrids or indica dom plants I almost forgot what sativa highs felt like! Thanks Moby Dick XXl for slapping me in the face and reminding me!! Overall thoughts~ This plant is really easy to grow, and she stays true to her name and grows massive. This strain should be tried by any auto lover 100% I think Dinafem nailed this strain all across the board. Was pleasantly surprised with how tolerant to nutrients/ light she is. I had the light closer than suggested most her flowering and she didn’t stress at all. I cant really come up with a negative thing to say about this plant, maybe the buds are airy but that’s because she is very sativa dominant it was a bastard to trim her for sure. Drying/ Curing method~ -Dried for 11 days in a low humidity environment/ completely dark area with good airflow. Hung her as an entire plant with all the leaves still on her. -Dry trimmed her (very hard strain to trim) -Put right into mason jars and sealed shut for 3 days then began burping her (I am not using boveda ***) -Burped twice a day for 2 weeks straight and maintained 60-62 humidity. -Slowed down burping to once a night the third week .
