@Dday314, Hey I actually don't know why that was set to 400w! I have 2x200w LEDs with only the veg switches on which knocks it from 400w to 200w approximately. I have the light probably 16-20 inches away from veg growth depending on the week. Depending on your tent size Id recommend dimming your light if you can or just using the veg switch like I do. You don't need much during veg I run 25w a sq/ft in my 3x3 with good results 👌
