2 Bruce banner #3 seeds germinated floating in water around Christmas eve 2019, seeds were put into soil 27th of dec
Clear from the get go, this is a strong strain, plant one has a slightly different structure and a paler colour of green than #2, tho the pale colour isnt holding it back at all, incredible growth
I look forward to the process so much more this second time around I think :)
Going well, plant one continues to outstrip plant two significantly, but it's not as if plant 2 is weaker, if anything is has a better colour of green,
I give it a little food, cal mag, and a small bit of the 3 main fox farms, later in the week
Topped the biggest plant banner 1, back right corner
Both banners going strong, the larger one has continued to outstrip its counter part, even after being topped and the other not topped yet, its continuing to grow like a boss
Only had time to grab a couple pics before lights out this morning,
One of the banners is a complete monster, growing at an incredible rate compared to everything else 💪💪
Both banner plants transplanted to 10g fabric pots, topped and defoliated, the biggest was topped a second time
Day 24, the big one continues bossing it despite the abuse yesterday
Day 28 one plant completing bossing it still, leaving everything else for dust haha
Start of week 5, going well, both banners going good, adjusted to the big grow bags and some growth is speeding up again
I've a feeling the centre badass banner might have more sativa heritage than the shorter one, we will see how it pans out :)
End of week 5, both banners going strong, middle one continues to be a great grower
Both banners still going strong, both fairly pale in comparison to the other plants, I think it's the vigorous growth, need to up feed for them, more nitrogen required maybe or cal mag or both?
Day 38, found preflowers on the big banner in the middle
Day 39 cleaned up the lower half of the plants, removed a lot of growth, the dude that said banner has mad growth certainly wasn't joking 😂😂
Day 40 and 41, continued vigorous growth 💪
Week 7 beginning, all is well, growth is vigarous, defolation and flip to 12/12 in the next few days
Day 47, one banner is trying to go into flower, think its began its stretch already, flip around day 49
Start of week 8, flipped to 12/12
I'm gonna up the feeding significantly now

Both banners are so different still, wonder how flower will pan out for the 2 phenos :)
Start of week 9, start of second week of flower
Both banners going well, though both phenotypes couldn't be more different, one is stretching to the heavens, the other stays so low, haha
Have fed the tall banner extra to try and catch up with its pale colour that I've not managed to counter so far yet, hopefully now that's its growth has slowed down
Start of week 3 flower, week 10 overall
Both banners going well, tall one has started to stretch again 😂😂😂 gonna have to super crop her, she's growing right into the lights basically
She's also become pale again after last water which had no nutes in it, she's a voracious feeder
Other banner is short and stout, completely different in stature
Start of week 4 flower, all going well, both banners continue to be vastly different, one more indica heritage and one more sativa based, taller and slower to develop
Look forward to seeing this variation continue, followed by seeing the final different in smokes 😎💪
Start of week 5 of flower, everything going well, girls are packing on weight
Both still completely different, one short stocky indica style pheno and the other tall sativa like
The excitement is palpable now
Start of week 6 flower, banners going strong, massive sativa pheno is starting to fatten up, still a long way to go with it
Smaller more indica bushy pheno you can see will be finished sooner, she's starting to glisten from the trichomes forming
Hadn't really got a proper whiff of the banner smell till now, damn it smells superb

Everything is going great for both banners,
The big tall sativa pheno is packing on the beef
Shorter more indica shaped banner is looking absolutely monstrous despite the small size, nothing but massive fat colas on it
Smell is amazing, smaller banner will be ready before the taller one for sure 😎💪👌
Into week 8 for these chicks
All going well, small banner continues to put on the beef amazingly, it's absolutely nothing but just meaty colas of goodness, smells supreme, laden with crystal
Big sativa banner fattening up now too, starting to put on some crystal itself now too
Still maintaining a mostly feed-water schedule maybe for another week perhaps for small banner, bit longer for the big
Peace growmies
Week 9 for these 2 completely non identical twin girls
Both are so fat and floppy now, they can't hold themselves up at all hardly, plants at leaning on each other lattice style for support
The smell is godly, the stickiness is hellish when trying to arrange colas 😂💪😎
@@JP148, I've never had chemdawg funnily enough, but it is a crazy strong strain, the original strongest strain, I've had a lot of stardawg and guavadawg, both prolly have chemdawg heritage down the family tree, both sick potent :)

I've been smoking about 20 years, for a long time early it was just hash you could get, soapbar mostly, then when we started to get green the first few years it was always wet such
But like you said, it's a different game now, but a good game 😂😂
@I_and_I, yeah I also had large temp swing from day and night temps. My favorite strain so far is Chemdawg. Love to taste and smell. Problem is I must be a lightweight because just a few hits and I’m trashed. Craziest potent weed I’ve ever smoked.

@I_and_I, I know the feeling man. Soooo close, but the final 1-2 weeks drags on and there's so little to do but watch and wait. And if you haven't tried it, trust that it is an absolute killer in the best of ways. It's got it all. High, HIGH potency, long lasting, dense nuggets, large yields and relatively easy to grow from all the diary ratings I've seen. Plus, I've smoked a lot of it...haha. I think you're going to love this one, for sure👌. I just plunked in a Bruce Banner x GDP last night and I'm hoping that this will be the best of both worlds👍

Yeah I had the same with my Ashava valley cheese one grew to almost 4ft and was long like a sativa and other was short and bushy like the indica x

@@JP148, haha yeah man, I let them flower for almost 10 weeks too 😂😂😂
But I had really crappy light to begin with, the first several weeks of those first plants lived was super rocky, germinated then only had weak sunlight, followed by a 100w terrible blurple light, which broke after a week, then I got a slightly better Chinese light, a 200w phlizon,
Wasn't till start of flower around 10 weeks where I got a good light, then a decent twin cob some weeks later
First grow everything was late and improvised last minute basically, this time the ladies have had it all laid out red carpet style from the get go haha, you can see the difference in looks and smells so far
Hopefully see the difference in the end too 😎👍
@I_and_I, If I had nine nice plants I would have kept and went flower after 2-3 weeks veg. I’ve been looking forward to trying SOG but don’t have the seed handy.

The banner is still going, day 55 atm, big sativa one has a bit to go yet, the smaller chunkier banner is still mostly white hairs too, maybe another week or more yet on her perhaps

Nice grow👍🌱 my Bruce b. Is really potent and needs a full slow cure to take the harsh bite out it. I have found my highest THC strains do more after a good cure to have a fine quality weed not just a brain twisting weed with taste and harshness traits. Your plant could become a monster in 10 gal pots. Well done.

Haha yeah the 10g pots are maybe a bit much for the size of tent and how many plants I have, but it was the only larger pots I could find with good depth and less width :)
