bioaccessory Hello, colleagues! I'm too lazy to mess around with transplanting, so I planted directly in the final spot - a 20-liter pot. At the end of the week, I'll give the first water with Great White mycorrhiza. Good luck to everyone!

bioaccessory It's the start of the second week, everything is going according to plan. Around day 10, I'm planning to start feeding with half the minimum dose of basic nutrients. I poured a liter of water around the plant, osmosis with pH 6.0, so the coco doesn't dry out and the roots reach for moisture. Everything looks fine. That's good because next week the plant will face serious challenges. I finally set up the drainage, for which I bought two slats, and the pot fits perfectly on them with a tray underneath. 29/01 On day 10 from the seedling, I gave a minimal dose of basic nutrients, and by the end of the week, if everything goes well, I plan to water the pot until the first drainage. 02/02 We're wrapping up the week on a positive note and mood, the 5th pair has appeared, overall I'm satisfied. As planned, I watered the pot with the solution until the drainage came out for the first time, the readings are a bit high (pH 6.8, PPM 825), but I think we'll get to normal in the future. To be continued 😑

bioaccessory We're starting week 3 in a good mood. I'm keeping the light a bit higher for now; I need the little plant to stretch a bit - by the end of the week, or the beginning of next, I'm planning to top it. We'll see. 03/02 drainage readings pH 6.6 PPM 715 05/02 drainage readings pH 6.6 PPM 510 07/02 drainage readings pH 6.7 PPM 595 Topped the 3rd floor. 08/02 drainage readings pH 6.7 PPM 666 Wishing everyone well, to be continued 😶

bioaccessory With the start of a new week, I trimmed the lower levels and spread out the remaining side branches. Yesterday there was a brief problem with the light, and the little one stood in the sun for half a day 😎 I don't like the drainage readings, but the plant looks okay, so tomorrow I'll water it. If the situation doesn't change, I'll flush with Flora Kleen. 10/02 PH6.9 PPM1040 11/02 PH6.8 PPM620 (flushed with water) 12/02 After the trimming, the plant stressed a bit - I'm leaving it alone for a day. 13/03 PH6.8 PPM780 Recovering from stress, continuing to bend the side branches. 14/02 PH6.8 PPM670 15/02 Bending unnecessary leaves. For now, I plan to make 8 colas (see photo), we'll see how it goes from there. 16/02 PH6.8 PPM810 And still, I'm worried about the high drainage readings (especially PH), so tomorrow we'll start the new week with a flush of Flora Kleen. I think it won't hurt, especially before changing the nutrient dosage. Wishing everyone well, to be continued 😶

bioaccessory As planned, I started the week with a flush; unfortunately, the coconut buffer didn't allow me to lower the pH much (obviously, for a 20L pot, you need to flush with about 50 liters, if not 100). But for now, the plant looks good, I won't stress too much, closer to flowering the pH should stabilize. In the meantime, I did the second topping, trimmed the side branches, and if everything goes according to plan, I'll trim all the excess in two days, and we should be able to see a resemblance of the future bush. 17/02 pH 6.7 PPM 580 19/02 pH 6.9 PPM 950 The buffer is pushing the pH back up again, and the PPM is a bit high, so tomorrow I'll flush with water and give it a day of rest. Meanwhile, everything looks OK, I trimmed the lower leaves, created a corridor, and bent the side branches. I might do another topping, but I haven't decided yet. 20/02 pH 6.7 PPM 770 Much better. 22/02 pH 6.8 PPM 870 23/02 pH 6.6 PPM 580 That works. Wishing everyone well, to be continued...😶

bioaccessory After all the trimming and bending, the little plant is rapidly growing. Well, I, in turn, won't disturb her for at least a couple of days. 25/02 PH6.9 PPM1000 26/02 PH6.8 PPM770 I decided to leave it as it is - 8 colas. It seems to me that the fluctuating PPM in the drainage is due to the presence of humus in the BioBizz coco, so I won't stress about it. 28/02 PH6.9 PPM1150 I thinned out the middle, not paying attention to the drainage readings for now. 29/02 PH6.6 PPM1090 To be continued! 😶

bioaccessory The drainage indicators are leveling out, and that's good. This week I don't plan any manipulations with the ice cream - let it gain volume before switching to flowering. 02/03 PH6.6 PPM900 03/03 PH6.9 PPM1300 08/03 I was away for a few days, and the little plant has noticeably grown. I removed the excess lower leaves and watered with Flora Kleen; tomorrow I’ll switch to flowering. To be continued 😶

bioaccessory I trimmed the bottoms, removed the last "branches," took off the ties, now it's just up, towards the "sun." 16/03 PH6.8 PPM1080 17/03 Gave Delta9, in this grow I'll stick to foliar spraying. 18/03 PH6.7 PPM880 19/03 PH6.8 PPM1000 21/03 PH7.1 PPM1000 The substrate is still very alkaline 😒 22/03 PH6.7 PPM1030 I watered with compote at pH5.5, it came out 6.7. I'm very happy with the appearance, waiting day by day for it to flower. 🙏 To be continued... 😶

bioaccessory Day 16 of the transition (65th day from seed) 12/12, and it still hasn't started flowering, even though there are all the prerequisites. I won't rush it; if I've calculated everything correctly, it will reach the volume I need. 03/24 PH6.9 PPM860 03/25 PH6.8 PPM1280 03/27 PH6.9 PPM980 Day 68 from seed; I'll start counting the flowering from here. 03/28 PH6.7 PPM1270 The little plant is growing non-stop, but I still have some height to spare. Next week, when the dandelions appear, I plan to give it a good thinning. It's time to talk about my feeding schedule; my cycle is like this: two days of nutrient solution - one day of drought. I only use plain water when absolutely necessary. Each time I change the feeding regimen, but no more than once every two weeks, I flush with Flora Kleen. I give stimulants and other additives through watering, about 1-2 times a week. Now about the water: I have bad tap water (>400 PPM), so I use a reverse osmosis filter (≃30-50 PPM 6.5 pH). I compensate for the calcium deficiency in the soft water by adding Cal-Mag once a week. Thanks for stopping by 🙏 To be continued ...🤐

bioaccessory As expected, the plant is growing rapidly, I hope I calculated everything correctly. I'm liking the ring idea more and more, as soon as the little one enters the active flowering stage — I will do defoliation. 30/03 PH7.0 PPM860 31/03 PH6.9 PPM790 01/04 Gave Delta9 to the leaf. I calibrated the pH meter, turns out I was inadvertently acidifying the compote, and the buffer was bringing the readings back to normal. 02/04 PH6.1 PPM858 Did defoliation. 03/04 PH6.0 PPM940 05/04 PH6.1 PPM744 During this time, my grow box has gained: 3 small pots - I'm germinating chili peppers, 2 large bricks - if necessary, I'm ready to place a pot on them, which adds 10cm in height. Bought bricks for the first time in my life. 😕 I'm opening a new section "did you know that": Green Gelato — Soft Secrets award winner — voted “Best New European Strain for 2019” Grow Champions! 💪 👉 I'm planning to do interesting low light around the perimeter, stay tuned. Hello colleagues. I have a question about keeping a diary: from what moment should the beginning of flowering be noted - with a change in the light regime, or from the very beginning of the flowering of a plant? It's about feminized seed, of course. Thank!

Hi buddy you can do as you like, since there is still 18 or 12 hours of light in the menu :-) But I also do ditect from 12/12 that people here have it easier :-) but I count myself the flowering days from then as soon as the buds come about 8-12 days after the adjustment to 12/12 :-)

bioaccessory Our exciting journey is coming to an end. Starting Monday, 18/05, I began the Pre-harvest Flush, everything is going according to plan. I'm very particular about the taste of the final product, so I'm trying to thoroughly flush the plant (≈10 days). The buds have become firm, feeling like a rubber ball when touched, I can't wait to try them😋. p.s. In the last picture, there's an illustration of the strain matching the description from the catalog - bravo RQS!👍 Thank you for stopping by, and stay healthy! 🙏 To be continued ...😶

bioaccessory Once I heard a wonderful phrase: "If you think it's time to cut the plant - wait another week, and then cut!" 😁 But seriously, my girl and I weren't in a hurry, and now we're completely ready, as indicated by the appearance of the plant and the examination of the trichomes under the microscope - more than half are cloudy, slightly transitioning to amber. I rinsed the substrate very thoroughly (last drainage <200 ppm), today, 28.05, I'm leaving the plant in darkness and drought for two days, and I'll be harvesting - all of this in the next report👆 Thank you for stopping by, and stay healthy! 🙏 To be continued... 😶

bioaccessory The exciting moment for every grower has arrived - it's time to harvest! 😋 The buds have ripened evenly and turned out very firm. During the process, the room filled with a strong fruity-citrus aroma, and I hope the taste will be just as vibrant. I'm leaving the harvest to dry in the dark (≈10 days), and we'll meet again in the final report - we'll try it out and wrap things up, stay tuned! Thank you for stopping by, and stay healthy! 🙏 To be continued ...😶

bioaccessory The long and exciting journey has come to an end, and I'm a bit sad about it. In this cycle, I tried the mainlining technique for the first time, and I hope you liked my work; I tried to make the plant look beautiful. I want to thank the GrowDiaries service - it's a unique database for growing from thousands of growers around the world. I, in turn, tried to describe and photograph all my actions in detail in this diary, and maybe my experience will be useful to someone as well. A special thanks to everyone who visited and commented on my diary - together we improve our skills. 👉Fun interesting fact👈 A total of 241 liters of water was used to prepare the compote for watering throughout the entire growing cycle. 😉 Thank you for staying in touch, and stay healthy! 🙏

@bioaccessory, yeah. To be honest, I thought (and still think) that we could give it another week of veg, the box seems to allow for it, but that's that... And the plant looks great!

@TrollShaman, well, it already started flowering late - on the 10th week, you could say. I think it will be fine 👌

Damn, I envy those who have time for training. I always want to get to the harvest faster. Well, I hope to experiment later with the new box and two new quantum boards.

@bioaccessory, I was just harvesting AK-49 from Vision Seeds. Turns out, someone was really killing the vibe for me. The smell is insane. I've never grown strains where the filter didn't help at all. The scent was so strong it made my head spin while I was collecting the buds. I divided the buds into 15 vacuum-sealed bags and stuffed them in the freezer. Because even through an airtight jar, the smell was breaking through. It's just wild.

bioaccessory commented6y ago
@Afterglow, I actually love stinky strains, I even have some Skunk seeds in my stash, though it's an auto. By the way, this plant hardly smells (for now), and the smell it does have reminds me of a mix of rotten cheese with a hint of lemon sourness.

Afterglow commented6y ago
@bioaccessory, ha.. by the way, when high, the taste of AK-49 is felt in the throat and in the nasopharynx even after half an hour. I just couldn't understand how people smoke and feel the aftertaste. Turns out that's how it is... These strongly aromatic strains do that.
