I start with a 2 ft t5 for a few week . Would a 4 foot 4 bulb t5 using one bulb be ok or too much light. Plan is to turn on another bulb every few weeks. Thank you 🙏
Howdy. What you're planning is totally fine. A single 4 foot FL, full spectrum won't be too much light. Keep it at 24-30" above seedlings and it should be all good. I suggest just rigging it up for easy adjustability. As you go along, just observe them and see if the lighting is adequate. Stretching and lanky-Too far. Cupping or burning-to close. It might take a couple days to find your sweet spot, and it will probably change as they grow. Minor adjustments will keep everything even and tight. You'll find the spot, I gaurantee it👍👍
Bending the branches out hitting them with recharge and compost. They have been getting sprayed weekly for bugs. This week we skipped the soap and released 5000 predator mites to get us cleanly into flower soon.
Things exploded in the veg closet. As timing is perfect to try these outdoor. I’ll see how big we can get her. Transplanting out door for the next few months See what she will do.
@emmett, Are the "blurple" lights you reference "LED"?

T5,s or cfl lighting does tend to make young plant's stretch due to the low lumen output 👍

@DinafemSeeds, the blurple lighting is keeping them warm and short it seems. If I use T5 4 foot. Lighting they started to stretch I added a30 WATT cheap grow ligh and they are getting fat ✅🙏🍀🔥💨💨🌬️

The girls are growing like weeds. I have topped half the 10 . Thinking about growing one or two outdoor. We have a generous 12 plant count. Going great. Into 1 gallon pots next.✅❤️
