Germination Day
I have soaked the five chosen seeds in water which has been boiled and left over night. I then soak for 12/18 hours, then I place the seeds between wet paper towel. I have now wrapped the box with a pot towel and left in a warm sunny window.
Not a lot to say really they have all popped and are slowly coming along. They are under a 45w led light from China 15€ . It's a bit cold in the loft , hit I will move them this week once the flowering tent is finished. I also have a 100w led with the new LM301H led. This is also from easygrow EU, so looking forward to introducing that for vegging and additional light for flowering.
Progress has been really slow under the 45 w China led , that and cold temperatures have really hindered growth. So today I received my Easygrow Miracle , so that has been put up and I have added my radiator , now that my last grow has been harvested. Just water and Elite 91 root booster so far. If you are interested in Easy grow led you can use
GROWERGAZ for 5% off
The plants got a little stunted under the Chinese LED , they are looking much better now after a week under the new Vegging LED, an Easygrow EU 100w miracle with the new Samsung H bulbs. I repotted them this week in Bio Bizz light mix with perlite. I also added 3g of Greenhouse Bio feed Bio grow and watered them with some Bio Enhancer ( a mix of seaweed extracts and Humic and Vulvic acids) . The bag seed OG Reekn looks a bit shitty and freaky so that might be killed by next week if things don't improve.
Slowly slowly catch monkey. Slow going as topped this week and they are now recovering well and the lower nodes are starting to catch up with the main tops.
So I have been busy building a new grow space in the cellar had walls and a roof , then after three days of rain the cellar is under 2cm of water. So today I pulled my finger out and repotted all my plants. 4 will be in the autopots 15 litres, with the addition of airdomes this run. They will stay in my 90*90 tent till the roots hit the bottom of the pots and I can use the autopot resivoir . I have used bio bizz light mix with perlite, added some Greenhouse powderfeed bio bloom to the soil along with silica powder from Biotabs. I then top dressed with a little bio grow to keep them going until I flower them in a week or two.
Good my motivation back this week have basically been doing the bare minimum to keep them going. So I have made a new base for my tent to go on in case of more floods in the cellar. I have set up the autopots today with the help of Bundyfarms. The plants have come on well this week since there repot. I used the greenhouse biofeed enhancer this week , you need to oh it down , but they really reacted well. I will leave them two more days which will be 10 days since they were transplanted, and will switch on the autopots which will give them ph 6.4 water . The soil is all premixed so there will be little to do for a couple of weeks till they will get the enhancer again. S600 from easy grow lights is on full power and looking forward to some speedy growth once the autopots kick in.
I turned the autopots on Monday and the plants are really thriving. They are growing super fast and the soil mix seems to be performing well. They have just had pH 6.4 water from the water reservoir. I have tied and bent them twice since Monday but they bouce back so fast. I have also turned in th airdomes , buried at the bottom of the pots this week, so let's see what they can do. Plenty of defoliation to expose lower branches , it always amazes me how quick the removed leaves are replaced by little tops.
Day two flower more pictures added. Loads of defoliating this week and tied them all down again yesterday.
Today is day 5 of flower.
I have been tying them down this week and defoliating every second day. Yesterday I turned off the autopots so i can water then with bio enhancer , once that dry out. Apart from that plain sailing.
Day 12 since the lights went to 12/12. This week just general maintenance , as the autopots water the premixed soil. Every teo days I have tightened the ties holding the branches down. Lots of defoliation as growth rate is really good. Also did some lollipoping remove all the low hanging buds.
Saturday 18th day 18 of 12/12
The jacks toe jam was looking a little hungry so, i gave it a pint of Bac PK booster and bloom stimulator. For the rest I will use biotabs pk compost tea and molasses, when the time is right. More tying down for the rest and some defoliation. I also added some nematodes on the 12th as I have a couple of little gnats buzzing about. Apart from that, I have just been carrying out daily checks for any buglife and any signs of male parts.
Day 26 of 12/12 today , So in day 22 I made a biotabs PK compost tea with Mollases in place of Orgatrex. Yet two days later they still look hungry, so I turned the autopots off yesterday and gave them a little Canna Flores Organic. I really underestimated how much Biobloom I should have added to the soil. Next time I would use 5g per litre of soil. The jacks Toe Jam that's decided it wanted to flower in its own terms is almost ready so that did not get any feed , just water. Apart from that just general maintenance , defoliation , tying the branches down a little tighter , keeping the autopot tank full.
Week five of flower
This week they have just been fed water by the autopots , I added a little calmag as there was a deficiency. Tomorrow I will give them a little Canna Flores as they look hungry. I clearly didn't give them enough bio bloom, in the soil.
The jacks Toe jam has gone from lemon amnesia , to sweet with a little cheese aroma. So I will harvest her in the coming week as the trichomes are 90% cloudy. Apart from that another flood in the cellar so been bailing out buckets , my tent is on a pallet.
Day 39
Plants are still looking hungry with the exception of the Moonwalker Kush , I fed them mid week with canna Flores Organic which didn't seem to improve anything, so today I gave them some Iguana Juice (OIM) and Bac OrganicPK booster , so I hope they look a bit brighter this week and get enought for the bud swell in the next week or so.
Strange Fruit
She stinks of 90's bubblegum after the leaf rub smelling more kushy, also the best resin producer
Northern lights
Smells amazing super sweet with some floral aroma, the buds are swelling nice and should be an acceptable yield.
Powerlights
Smell is a bit meeeah on this one has a slight with of rotten exotic fruit and rubber. Strange terp I have not experienced before , has some nice big crystals.
Moonwalker Kush
This is the one plant that has a nice green glow since, this plant was hand feed as I only have four autopots. Smells nice mad kushy as you would expect from a Skywalker cross, with some berry fruit in the background.
I may or may not give them one more feed in five days , will see how things are progressing.
Jack's Toe Jam
I harvested it this week and the smell is amazing , smells like an Amsterdam coffeeshop from 1998. Strange blend of citrus from JH and sweetness of cheese.
Plain sailing this week , I fed them a top dressing feed of Advanced Nutrients OIM Iguana Juice and some BAC organic PK boost at three start of the week. Now just keeping the tank full of water till the end.
Did find a few seeds today directly in front of the tower fan. I have searched and can't find any signs of pollen sacks or bananas.
Day 53
Been plain sailing this week. The autopots are flushing the plants nicely, with pH 6.4 eater. I actually turned off the water today as I think once they are dry in a few day I can harvest them.
Day 60 flower
Just a little water for the girls this week. Took a couple of stems off each plant this week so I don't run out . Tent is really stinking .
