Unfortunately we still didn't receive our order nor got back our money from Easygrowlighting.eu We are very desperate as we read about other people who got betrayed by Easygrowlighting.eu and now fear we will never receive anything although full payment was settled.. Can somebody here maybe share their experience in ordering something from them directly? We are scared that we got fooled by a FAKE SHOP!

Hey guys We bought our Quantum Board in 2019 from LEDGrowShopEU, which is a subcontractor of Easygrowlights. We paid nearly €700, only to find out after one run that the LEDs are flickering. We have a 5-year warranty on the device, and for us, it's not a good sign that the board is already broken or has such defects after just one cycle. We wrote to customer support and sent our board back to the manufacturer in the Czech Republic. After about 2 weeks, the board was back, but it didn't take long for us to notice that the board and the LEDs were still flickering after the repair. So we contacted customer service again, and we are angry! At first, we got a snappy short response from an employee, and when I explained our situation again, we were told that the caseworker who handled our case no longer works there and that our board was sent back without repair. We are not getting any responses to further questions; we are just continually referred back to support. The shipping costs to the Czech Republic were never refunded to us either. We have had very bad personal experiences. So we looked a bit online and found that many people are more than dissatisfied with the guys from the Czech Republic. Complaints about defective goods, paid but never delivered goods, and the refusal of a refund are piling up online. We are currently trying to return our board and get our money back. We recommend that you spend a little more money directly and buy an LED from a good manufacturer or supplier. Preferably a manufacturer or supplier that is based in your country and can support you well. Best regards

WARNING WARNING SCAMMER had my panel in operation for less than a year and suddenly it started flickering! After supposedly two repairs, I kept getting it back defective Now on the third repair attempt, the technician who is supposed to fix it is supposedly missing It's slowly becoming just ridiculous So my tip for you is to look for another dealer The guy from easy Grow also runs two other sites, so be careful 😠 If you've had similar experiences, please reach out If everyone comes together to address this, probably more will happen than if everyone has to deal with the scammer on their own Best regards DonSchmoekern88

I’ve got a tent size 1.2m x 1.2 x 2m hight, what would be best light for that size of tent, running hps and getting heat problems so need new led light, not to expensive but needs to be good though, thanks
