First week, first grow :) Fem fotoperiod white whidow and dream queen glue 4x4' grow, Meuji 600W LED lights with lm301b 3000K ships, DWC top-feed Plan to go full GH nutrients, and main-line them, will full water/nutrient changes every 7 days Day 0 - It's alive! Day 4 - Seems WW seedling was born with merged Cotyledons leaves, hope this doesn't bring any future problems Day 7 - After some research I think these high rez temps may bring root issues, so between sterile vs beneficial bacteria I will go for bacterias path, ordered some Great White since It has Mycorrhizae and same bacterias than Hydroguard (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) plus many others, will introduce them on start of week 3.

D8 - Rez change and start with nutes, DQG is much more proportional (but half size) than WW, PH 5.5, 670 ppm nutes, around 10L on 20L bucket, maybe a bit more, using around 25% of recommended by GH nutes dosage chart, still no signs of roots coming from bellow net pot D11 - WW belived to be mutant, growing without any symmetry, weird leaves, also WW signs of what I think can be light stress (or nutrient burn), so dimming from 600W to 300W in this and maybe next week, and added some water to lower ppm just to be sure Fist roots appear. DQG beautifull but way smaller than WW D12 - Great White mycorrhizae arrived, added 1g on each rez

WW Seedling not symmetric at all, ever since first cotyledon leaves born merged, is it worth to keep on to see if it manage to get normal after some nodes or better start over this one?

I've had many seeds pop and have issues with cotyledon leaves stuck together, seed shells stuck and un-uniform leaves. I kept them all going and they all harvested. My Bubble Auto had the cotyledons stuck together and I had to cut them. This thing is in a thick, bushy, beautiful veg right now. Take a look it you like. I would let it keep growing and get out of seedling and into the veg stage. Its worth a look and see what it does a couple weeks.

D15 - water changes, ppm at 720, increased light to 75% (450W). DQG at it's 4º node, 2 more to first topping. WW seems to have 3 main nodes, one bigger and two smaller, -- D17 - noticed a bit of brown on roots and alot of brown slime on water pumps used for top-feeding, removed them since roots already touching the water and did a rez water change making sure to clean the shit out of it, hope it's not start of root rot and some kind of phylum, added more Great White. WW - Removed bellow leaves and one of the 3 main nodes, left the 2 biggest ones and tied'em down in an attempt of making two main colas, like the first main-line but she was born this way, it may slow down she a bit but it's OK since she was growing way too faster than DQG. DQG - Smaller roots, still 4th node, waiting 2 more to main-line Will leave them be for some days and see what happens -- D21 - Fighting with a bit of brown spots on roots of both plants, ordered a better air stone and air pump in attempt to increase DO, these brown stuff is driving me mad. Plants seems fine tho, root mass increasing very nicely after Great White in just a couple of days! WW - Broke main steam by accident, put some tapes and she seems fine, will leave tapes there for around 4 days DQG - Main-lined, everything ok so far!

D24 -This summer is making it very hard to DWC because temperatures it's causing root rot and brown stuff, it's Clearly an Oxygen issue on rootzone, but plants still haven't show any sign of weakiness (maybe growing slower than they should only..) Rez temperatures around 27-28C (81F !!) ( and growroom 31C, this is causing roots issues because low DO, today I'm upgrading rez air pump from 1.5L/m to 4.5L/m by adding another oxygen pump and another air stone to them. It's impossible to me to go for a water chiller atm , maybe after I upgrade into a RDWC in the future, but for now I'll have to deal with the temperatures. Also doing an experiment, on DQG I started to bleach the fucking out of it with 50% H2o2 peroxide in attempt to kill all microorganisms and to increase DO since H2o2 will turn into Oxygen, will dose 2.5ML/gal daily and also stoping using Great White there since H2o2 will also kill the good guys, on WW rez will keep Great White and no H2o2. I'm checking after a week or so wich one is doing better. Increased light to 75% - 450W Increased nutes to 70% recommended by GH. DQG - two main branches growing, will let'em grow a bit more before topping again WW - managed to keep 4 "mains" amost same size / height, will let them grow a bit and top again for 8. ------- D26 - Both roots seems to be more "hairy" with new oxygen pump, WW still very brown but DQG seems to be recovering. also both are very small height, I think may be due too much light, next grow I'm starting with low light so they can stretch a bit more and have bit more spaces between leaves. WW - topped biggest node, currently with 5 main growing tips DQG - removed 2 lower growing tips in attempt to make upper ones grow faster, maybe more 3 days to seccond topping

D38 - Got tired of DWC, transplanting them to coco next week, need it a bit stealthier and maybe better roots, will back to hydro in the future only if able to afford better stuff like RDWC + chiller. DQG - Lost most of it's root mass due root rot, not sure how it's still alive. WW - topped again for 16 mains, roots very brown but seems very healthy, no slimes

D45 - Transplanted them to coco/perlite 60/40% some days ago, everything ok D48 - defoliated them a bit, made a homemande drain to waste system that will make it easier to expand to 4 pots next grow, plants are nice, maybe one more week or 2 and will flip D50 - I think roots are now adapted to new medium, plants back to grow nicely. Increased light to 100% (600W), will let them grow a bit more and then flip, no more toppings. DQG - Some yellowing tips on new leves probably nuts excess, but since I just adapted to new medium and nut doses, will keep it like this and watch closely for couple more days before take any action WW - Very nice 16 mains all healthy and amost same size, very happy with this strain!! *-*

There is no " Iron Rule" when to switch to flower. It all depends in your Preferences, If you think you are ready with training switch them. If you think thre is some more work to do on them ... do more switch later..... my Opinion to your Plants,,, Iagree in you with switching to Flower. Girls are trained and can go well shaped into flower

F23 - Ajusted nutrients, and got some fucking Thrips, killing everyone I see plus ordered yellow/blue traps in order to control next generations, will not use Neem oil on flowers, hope they endure enought 5 more weeks of flower. Good thing is that the damage is very small to leaves (must zoom). Thinking if defol again or not.. F25 - heavy defoliated for more bud exposal

Dont bother flushing. More and more research is showing that flushing isnt benefical and doesnt actually do anything to the quality of the buds or to the nutrient concentration in the buds. One of ghe newest studies even did a taste test and more people prefered the unflushed bud over the flushed buds. https://www.rxgreentechnologies.com/rxgt_trials/flushing-trial/ What seems to be the best option is tapering down your nutes for the last portion if your grow. I typically start tapering down my nutes a little every time i mix them, starting when i think im 2 weeks out from harvest. I usually am feeding a 50% dose by the end of the grow. Doing it this way you save some money and are still providing the plants with enough nutes to do what they need to do. Ive also never had anyone that has tried my weed complain about the quality or tell me they could tell it was unflushed without me explicitly telling them. Flushing is extra detrimental in coco/hydroponics in general because you are completely starving your plant as your grow media contains 0 nutrition. Soil will at least still provide some nutes even after flushing due to the breakdown of organic matter. Good luck and i hope this answer helps you make an informed decision!
