Welcome to my second diary.
This time I am going to (try) grow three Amsterdam Genetics - Super Silver Haze, 12/12 from seed.
I understand that this is a hybrid with a big sativa dominance and taking into account my setup I might be in for a too big of a forest but I'm hopeful for a successful run with great genetics.
I have decided to go with SSH (feminized) because now a days with all these new strains I wanted to go back to the classics. I am looking for an energetic and uplifting buzz that puts me to work with a smile on my face and a great attitude.
My setup is small and I have some DIY led lights that I hope will bring up these plants to somewhat their potential. I've read a lot about sativa and they're monster size and because of that I am going 12/12 from seed. First time doing it and I hope it still yields. My goal is to have a minimum of 50g (dried) out of the three plants.
Thank you for reading and following. I am looking forward for the comments, opinions and criticisms coming my way.
Keep on growing.

@Doktorholland,
I agree, despite that now a days the strain variation (names and crosses) is going a bit overboard (at least for me), it's good to know that "old school" NL breeders are still providing beans as close to the 1990's genetics. I find it to be easier to grow and for sure a more recognizable result after smoking.
It's my favorite toke every time i visit AMS.
@MovingOn, those are some good news then. Despite, deficiency still remains, only answer then seems to be the uptake of P. My pH must be jammed at root level. I don't really have a way to balance pH out (no products) but i'll try to go until the end.
Thanks!!!

Hey man, those lights look pretty effective, I was looking for something to supplement my QB and I think, looking at yours, that these would be fantastic around the edges.
And the temptation only gets stronger haha.
@Doktorholland, yeah, I went in over my head. but sine i'm 12/12 from seed and with some pruning and LST I assume I will be able to control the forest in there.
