I'm using a timer and I think I will keep 18 hours of light a day until the end. I might go to 16 hours if the plant is taking to long to start flowering, just to give her a push. I hope I don't need to go lower then 16 hours because of course in the long run it will means less yield.
I'm already scared to do LST becouse it's 15 years since my last grow which was done with scrog, but I don't know if scrog will do the job in this case because I should do some topping at some point but folks suggest to not top an autoflowering strain because it has a short life cycle and recovering from topping takes time. Non the less i've seen lot of people topping their autoflowering without any problem. For sure topping should help a lot if the goal is having all the branches and buds at the same height, but in the end I don't know if I'm going to do it.
I only hope it will not takes so much more then 8 weeks as it should because, as you said, lots of folks went way beyond the 8/9 weeks that this strain should take.
