So, very first run with the new set up which I'm excited for. Currently just getting the environment dialled in. Running a RDWC system, along with LEDs, the recipe for success.
Running some great genetics from seed stockers (purple punch).

Day 6. Girls doing well. Roots hit the water so expecting some nice growth now. pH fluxing between 5.9/6.0 which is good as that's where I want it, especially for veg. Cant wait to see what I can do with this. Stay tuned.
So far so good. pH levels are stable and plants seem off to a good start. I gave them an extra boost of fluvic and humic acids for better nutrient uptake at the roots along with other benefits.
Although it will of only been 6 days tomorrow since the last water change, i plan on doing it tomorrow at day 6. For the reason of keeping the system clean and sterile ill be doing a change every 7-10 Days.
Day 12.. had to top up the nutrients as she was showing calcium and magnesium deficiency or the start of, but we will see. Other than that things are going well. Only issue is water temp as i dont yet have a chiller. Stay tuned
Right, girls look like they are recovered and starting to make a little progress. Had a few issues not filling the net pots with hydroton to stop any light leaks, reason i didnt as the plants were too small but should of found an 0alternative way as light exposure can cause all kinds of bad bacteria and algae.
Whole system water change and temps semi stable ( Using ice bottles to keep water temps down) until i get a chiller at least. Been using hydrogen peroxide 12% to keep the system sterile and oxygenated. Might start using it 2-3 times a week just to be on the safe side from any root rot or diseases. But overall, so far im happy with where im at. Hoping for some big plants and big yields, new light on its way too so stay tuned and look out for that (keeping it LEDs ofc!) FlavoursUK
Day 18, girls are lookimg much better.. vibrant green and healthy, uptaking water and nutrients as they should. New mars hydro light so ill be adding that side by side with my quantum board. Same strains ofc. Back soon.
Corrected a few minor issues and she seems to be getting on well now. Hopefully i should see some steady and quick growth few minor problems at the start with light leaks causing algae but quickly rectified. Roots are looking healthy and are reaching through to the water. Back with an update soon.
Day 26 - well on her way now, growth occuring everyday, currently at 1.32 EC and around 6.1 pH. Roots have exploded since two days ago. If i kerp this going garvest time will be the best ive ever had and ive had some good harvests in soil/coco. But yeah, very please so far. Updaye soon
Day 27 - Dropped the EC slightly down to 1.28 as she was looking a bit toxic, pH seems more stable now but might lower the EC again slightly. Ill see how it goes for now.
So far so good, feedingband drinking as she should. Leaves are huge so im goinh to have to defoliate to allo some more light in, along with topping her. Wasn't going to train her, but looks like I've already started. Hopefully going to grow her out into a little bush/tree, see what sort of yield i can get. Back soon. FlavoursUK
Back again, growth is nice and quick even still after topping her. I wasn't going to train her initially but my green fingers couldn't stay away. I've started by topping her and some LST tying down a few branches and defoliating a few leaves. She bounced back well the last time.
Im due to defoliate her again, so might do that today. Just to let some light through abit more. So far so good. Shes drinking as she should. EC and pH pretty stable, taking the nutrients she needs and some occasions just water being uptaken. Its been about 7 days since last water change, ideally id change it but plant not showing any reason to as thjngs are pretty optimal right now. Back with an update soon.
Day 36 - Defoliation.
Day 41 - bounced back, not a problem. E.c. not being pushed and at around 1.1.. pH 5.8 fluxing to 6.2. Nice clean healthy big roots.
Shes growing well, defoliated her again, but she has recovered pretty quick. I was exposing potential bud sites by removing the bigger fan leaves.
Will veg her for another few weeks and see where im at. I will continue to train her. Cant wait to flower her and see what her flowers bring.
Day 50 - shes bounced back and recovered from a heavy defoliation, light can now penetrate through better. Starting to LST, kind of lollipoped her in parts but the major work is done now and minimal stress for her from here on out. She's responded well to all training methods so far so the rest should be easy for her. Not planning to top again. But never say never.
Day 55- She was topped on day 54, so thats the second time she was topped. 4 mains and all her secondary potential bud sites, just to let her veg abit, then flower. Shes drinking and uptaking nutrients fine. E.C. around 1.1 and pH 6.0.
Day 53 - Some LST, bending and tying down. Startingbto6 spread her out, was suppose yo be a simple grow with no training but here i am. Was considering topping her again but ill see. E.c. is moderate and pH is stable, not pushing her as I dont want to burn her. Growth seems steady. Update soon.
Day 55 - All is well, letting her recover from her topping and defoliation, shes nearly ready for flower.. Think she will be a little monster if i keep this up. Any day now. Stay tuned.
So far so good, setting her up for some big yields. Letting her recover after last topping, due a defoliation which i might do today on day 57.
Day 61 - growth has taken off, loads of LST, BENDING and tying down. Growth on top is doing really well as is the root zone. Bigplantscience is doing its job well! Very close to flipping her to 12/12
Day 62 - all is well, i think kts time to see some fruits! Stay tuned.
Day 2 flower, its about time. She's a big girl with lots of potential bud sites, hoping she will yield well and produce some high quality buds. All is going well, once my environment is dialled in theres not much else to do other than make sure she stays in the sweet spot. Loads of LST going on. Due a defoliation soon.
So far so good, shes drinking alot daily, cant wait to see what she can do. Not pushing her to her full potential, but in a sweet spot hence no burning tips. E.c. stable and pH sitting at around 6.0. Roots are healthy. Will update again soon.
Day 14 flower - Growth is insane, looking super healthy drinking a good amount of water daily. Pistils forming very well with hints of purple in them already, pretty impressed. No problems whatsoever. Last week or so of the flower stretch and we will go into full blown flower, excited to see what she brings. Stay tuned as you wont want to miss this!
Day 15 flower - growth is super quick, such a big girl.. over 2ft wide, due to bending and LST. Pistils forming nicely and already seeing purples forming, going to be a good run. Stay tuned. More pictures to follow.. shes settled nicely in the new rdwc system
Shes doing well, growing big and healthy. Buds are smelling strong and stacking up nicely. Purple looks beaut'. Cant wait to see the end product of this one. Stay tuned.
