These ladies are finishing up their first week. I count day 1 as the first day they pop out of their seed and baby leaves are out. This is day 7 for all of them except the northern lights was a couple days behind and on day 4. These ladies are in an amended medium mixed with equal parts soil Coco and perlite.
These ladies are cruising along just fine at the end of the 2 week mark. Nothing interesting to report this week. And not sure why, but I can't change the temperatures. Tried to edit a dozen times still everytime I save the edit they revert back to 50. My Temps are 78 day and 68 night.
Did some lst to all the girls except the northern light but she will probably get some in the coming days. Expecting these girls to really start to Bush out this week. They got fed some liquid seaweed, molasses, and some mycorrhizae this week. Probably gonna give them a tea at some point this week.
Moved these ladies into their next tent size up. This one is a 2.5ft. X2. 5ft tent. They will stay in this one for around 4 weeks or until there is space in the next tent which will be a 3 ft x 3ft.Had to lst the girls a good bit this week. They have started preflowering and so I expect them to start stretching for the next couple weeks or so. Gave them a top dress feed. They will receive a tea this week. Other than that they still moving on smoothly so far.
The ladies really are starting to stretch out and fill up this tent. Had to do quite a bit of lst this past week and some light defoliation. Gave them a tea on Sunday so we will see how they respond this week. The cookies is the fastest flowering of the bunch. Her stems are pretty hard so I don't expect her to stretch anymore. The other ladies have at least another week of stretching.
Another week stretching for these girls. The Colorado is done stretching and is fully flowering. The other 3 still have another week of stretching. They are really bushing out and I will be moving them into the 3x3 as i take plants out to harvest. Did some more lst and supercropping to help even out the canopy.
They are done stretching this week. The Colorado cookies are definitely gonna be finishing first by the looks of it. The critical jack is showing some small deficiency on the upper leaves. Not sure why. There should be plenty of nutrients available in the soil. Possibly could be a pH issue but don't have a soil pen to test so I will just make sure to triple check the water pH every time before watering. Other than that, the ladies are looking great and hopefully continue as such till come harvest time which will probably be roughly 5 weeks away.
Overall the ladies are looking good. The critical is still having a deficiency. Looks to be calcium and not sure why. Might be due to the Temps getting up to 84 sometimes. Even though it has a deficiency it is still frosting up quite nice. The cookies probably has 2 weeks left and it looks like it has some deficiency also but since it's so far along it should be fine.
Ladies are getting well into flower. The cookies has roughly another week or so. The night queen and critical jack are swelling pretty good even with the deficiencies. The northern light was doing really well but all a sudden started showing much more deficiencies than the other girls and on top of that she is taking much longer than all the others. I would get she is at least 10 days behind the others. Overall I think they are still gonna yield pretty good.
Getting into the last couple weeks here. The cookies are gonna come down any day now. The critical jack is really getting dense and probably has around a Lil over a week left. The night queen definitely has at least 2 weeks left and she is really bulking up. And the northern lights is still eating up her leaves badly. Not really sure how much longer she has till she is done but she has a max of 3 more weeks before her space is needed. Overall, even with the girls having some deficiencies, this round is looking pretty good.
Cut down the cookies and jack this week. Forgot to get pictures before hanging but will upload pictures of them after trimming. The night queen is still swelling. She will probably get cut in about a week as well as the northern light. The northern light is still putting on some weight and frost even though it already lost a bunch of leaves. Probably gonna end up making hash from it unless it gets dense enough.
Northern Light is still putting on some frost and weight but still not really getting dense. If it didn't have the problems it did this plant would have been a huge yeilder. The night queen on the other hand is gonna be a huge plant for sure. It's trics are looking good. Lots of cloudy but I'm still checking every other day to see when I decide to chop. The cookies and jack are done drying and are trimmed. I'll be uploading pics and results later today.
The critical jack was a pretty good strain. I have run this one before a couple times and it has always done well for me. This time it had some more problems then usual but I believe that to be my fault seeing as the other plants had issues as well. If with the issues it had a great yield. 71 grams of what good dense buds and 10 grams of popcorn. And ofc some larf and trim that I don't weigh. This was the smelliest in the tent. Very piney earthy smell. Would definitely recommend this strain as I said in my previous runs with this strain it has preformed very well.
This strain did OK. I have also run this strain once before and it did somewhat similar both times. The buds came out OK but not really dense. Not a very strong smell but a pleasant one. Came out at 40 grams good somewhat dense buds, 12 grams of popcorn buds and then some larf and trim that I didn't weigh. Overall an OK plant but based on the phenos I seen I can't really recommend. Just an average strain not much stands out.
Unfortunately this plant will end up being just a hash plant. This girl had a lot of issues in mid to late flower and she suffered bc of it. I do take blame for the issues and am sure it's not the strain itself. By how big the plant got it could have definitely had an amazing yield had it been grown properly. On the bright side it did have an amazing super fruity tropical sweet smell which should be good when I turn into some dry sift and probably some rosin. I don't have any pics or weight of the dry buds bc like I said it's all going to be hash and honestly all the buds are popcorn/larf and not appealing at all. Hope to grow this strain under better conditions in the future.
@Chri5py, Looks minor so as long as you get it straightened out you should still see a nice harvest. Looks like the flowers are still stacking so I think you're good. Happy growing ✌️👊
@GlockCee, could be the phenotype. I have another cookies growing in another tent right now and it's pheno was very weird. It flowered quick and is super small.
Oh baby what a lovely canopy. So many gorgouse buds. Fat and frosty with some lovely colors. Spectacular work growmie. Keep doing what it is you've been doing and may the ganja garden gods give you good fortunes until the end
