Autoflower stems harden up really fast so I start training them around week 2. If you are uncomfortable with topping or going hard on the training then you can just do some light lst on her. You want to gently roll the stem between your fingers to soften it up where you want to make your bend. Then gently bend it over any tie it down. The goal it to get as much light to your lower branches as possible and build an even canopy.
