mr4ton Hello, Growdiaries inhabitants 😁
I'm posting here for the first time, getting settled in.
The grow will take place in a micro tent HomeBox Ambient 30x30x60.
I "live" on Dzagi, and I've already completed several successful (8) grows in this tent.
I started with a dry harvest, using BioBizz Lightmix soil - 20g, 25g, 30g, 35g, 40g, 50g. / The light was HPS 70, LED 30, LED 30+20, LED 20+HPS, etc.
Before the last grow, I acquired a light fixture 50-150w 3500k +660 nm, with a dimmable Meanwell driver.
This is my second grow on coconut and GHE Flora series; the last one brought me a "record" 80g and a "tent explosion."
I had to cut the bottom and make a 15 cm spacer under the tent.
I have 2 homemade filters made from 120mm coolers, blown by Noktua Industry 2000 pwm.
Watering is done with a "drip" system for the broke 😄
So, we've met - let's go!
I soaked a seed (3 years old) in unfiltered tap water 120 ppm 7.0 for a day.
The next day, I placed it in cotton pads.
It was planted in Ugro Riza coconut + perlite.
Watering is done with a spray bottle.
Humidity is low, the leaf is curling, it's already getting used to it.

The plant is a bit crooked.
Maybe the seed is old. Maybe the light (was told that 660 nm diodes are unnecessary right now, I'll cover them up later)
It's all good :)

I stomped once or twice... it happens :)
P.S. I measure the drainage very rarely
I turn on the "gravitational" drip in the morning for 15 minutes at a rate of 2 drops per second
until drainage appears

mr4ton I switched to compote during pre-flowering, according to the chart.
I removed the "shields" from the 660 nm light, it's shining 80 watts - 15 cm.
I'm not doing anything at all, it's growing by itself and getting fluffy :)
In the drainage, 600/6.0

Light 100W - 15 cm.
Development is normal, no issues ... for now :)
The smell is light, cannabis-like, only noticeable when turning the light on and off.
Slightly removed some leaves from the center, resin is already present ;)
Listening to Nazareth, writing diaries :)
Day 75, reduced the light to 90W - 15 cm, slightly spread the branches to the sides.
Lowered the mix to 650/6.5 --->>> 640/6.2

mr4ton 1 - We're growing and chilling, not doing much, just lightly trimming the lower leaves :)
The light is 90W - 13 cm, the tips are slightly burning.
2 - I reduced the light to 70W, let's see how the plants develop.
3 - I slightly stretched the colas (8 pcs.), opened up the bottoms a bit.
4 - Lowering the light power had a positive effect, the drainage leveled out, the temperature dropped, the plants are fragrant, yum :)

mr4ton light 70 watts, everything is good, we're slowly getting bigger, no problems :)
I reduced the solution to 600 ppm (1.2EC)
I'm not doing anything, just watching the buds grow :)
Occasionally, I imitate an insect attack by removing some small suckers and leaves, but I don't touch the fan leaves since they are indicators!

mr4ton I'm planning for another three weeks until day "X" :)
But we'll see how it goes, because there are already a lot of brown stigmas, the plant is aging quickly.
Solution 400 ppm (0.8 EC) pH-6.5
Day 104, the plant is practically not eating, just drinking water.
I poured 2 liters of water 120 ppm (0.25 EC) pH-7.0 drainage 400 ppm (0.8 EC) pH-6.2.
From the next watering - Ripen (Ripen GHE).

mr4ton Here comes autumn, and the rain is tapping on the window (c)
I'll hold on for another week, then we'll see ;)
I tried taking pictures with a filter on my phone
Because of the bright light, it turns out poorly, and with backlighting, it's not good either,
I need a good camera or I'm just not getting it right, or one of the two :)
I showed the plant some real sunshine :)
Day 110. Two days before ... I'm flushing Hope with water at 50ppm, drainage at 450ppm
I placed the plant in a new, under-construction grow box for a photo session :)

mr4ton First time on growdiaries, this is my 9th successful grow in this micro tent and the 5th Tutankhamon from PS.
The plant grew crooked from the helmet, the branches didn't grow evenly, some were missing,
so I had to apply such harsh techniques.
Having enough experience with Tutankhamon, I was 99% confident in the final result 😄
The bush was dried for 4 days at ~ 50% humidity. The branches break with a crunch, and when squeezing the buds, they crumble. I over-dried it!
I put a slice of tangerine on a foil in the jar with the stash and sent it for rehydration.
I will open it every day and check. Later, I will remove the tangerine.
It's a bit of a shame, of course, but - "you can't spoil porridge with butter" - a Russian proverb :)))
Thanks to everyone who followed the grow!
I'm not saying goodbye, see you soon!
@Amaya, Yes, this time I'm satisfied with the result, I'm not completely happy with the quantity, but the quality is top-notch :) Wishing you and your ladies good health!
Everything's good, bro! We're moving towards ripening! Don't reduce the light intensity, the plant is constantly reaching for the light and reducing it will provoke stretching, resulting in sparse buds and thin branches. But everything's looking great for you! Hugs 👍 liked it 😎
@Bloombuster,
for sure bro, about the burnout of the goodies
the last grow seemed to gather well, and it was enough, but the stuff is "not great"
I'll keep an eye on it for now without rushing
I can always bend it later, I practiced "galaxy" ctm_dzagi in the last grows
I know a little about bending, this is my 9th grow in 3 years, but I'm writing here for the first time ;)
Thanks for the support!
@mr4ton, bending is the same as HST, there’s a ton of material online about different types of plant training. For example, I pruned all the “stretching up” colas of my Afghan on week 12 using a method similar to HST, but I managed without any bends. In the end - a green carpet, almost flat relative to its growth and size. So just put the “gadget” called HST in your report however you bend it 👍 👌✋
@Bloombuster,
I’ve been doing one continuous HST from week 4 to week 7. I might continue, but later, I’ll check the dynamics, maybe it’ll work out :) I assume that in a week or three, the branches will bend on their own... from the weight :)
@KonstantinUKR,
This was in the last grow, under the same conditions, just Critical Kush from Barney. Check the first post of week 1, it really took off there!))) This time everything will be fine, I even want to lower the light, there's still a 20W reserve (light is 150W). The main growth has already slowed down, only the buds are growing!)))
drooling over those nugs mate .... am a newbie and curious about that orange slice .. always thought of keeping orange peels with them...how does this actually work?
@Bongkhan, you just slightly overdried the bud, put a slice of apple (or tangerine etc.) in a jar for a day and the humidity will come back to normal. Just make sure they don't touch, otherwise mold is possible.
Looks cool, bro! Beautiful heads! 👍 💪
and to make photo visual do need photo and lighting conditions without “parasitic” lights, ie the source of lighting during shooting should be in the same color temperature, such as “pink” lamps are not suitable at all for photo, there is a mixture of red and blue diodes, light “parasitic”, best photos at a temperature of 5000-5500k come out.
@Denzul, @GreenHouseLab,
Thanks, guys!
I’m stepping into the box space for the first time, this is my ninth grow.
In the first week of the report, there are photos from the last grow; I had to cut the bottom and raise it by 15 cm. :)
