Jumping more into the perp, heres are some "girl scout cookies" flowering clones cuts getting trained up. Took them from a plant grown from seed a while back. Just reg seeds from a dispensary but the best pheno I found. So you're seeing them in all their weirdness single blades and such. They get tons of branches, I shoot to get like 6 main shoots. I chopped the tall center growth for clones, then pinned down the all the branches to the sides. Then the next pic has them after a few days branching out pretty good. And last is them with the bigger Krishna and Blossom about ready for flower. It asked about smell...it always smells like cilantro and basil up in my grows to keep the crawlers and critters out.

Another veg week update: The two GSCs I'm keeping in veg are trained and have grown into their shape pretty well. They have 3 weeks to go before flower so should be 5-6 decent main stalks going by then. Never ran this one before but its training pretty well and looking like its pretty good. More interesting content in the other stages of the perp this week.

Hey its been another week and these gsc ladies are loving life. definitely got the solid mains that I wanted growing in. sometime this week I might defoliate and pick off any small shoots again. Really only want the hardiest stalks growing up. I had tons of little buds in the lowers last time and want to see what she can do with only a few main tops. Only the second run of this one. Ok so I know it'll reset all the info above so I have the temps 65 all the time, sometimes gets up to 68-70 during the day. Solution is probably the same it just sits outside the room, ambient 63. I am doing a basic three part in veg in a 18 gallon res, and watering by flooding the table every-other day for 15 minutes. It floods 1.5 inches up the pots. This is still a bit much for their new bigger pots so I might cut to every 3 days for a week to get there roots to stretch in. That will be a bit dry for coco but I find its ok for short bursts in small root systems. Pics are showing the girls as they were this morning after they got watered. I cleaned off some of the little center shoots starting to grow, and you can see some of the bud still in middle there haha. One of the branches escaped its tie down so I broke that one back down and I'll tie it when it turns up again. The bigger middle plant in some pics is Krishna, she might join this run, she's growing fast and I had to transplant her up being root bound and yellowing. Um theres also the cilantro, one is really close to done so I'll be pulling that and harvesting the seeds right into the rooting tray. The basil got over watered and is a little grey but oh well. I eat them while they're young and let them go to seed to make more. It's really just tasty pest control. The smell is like citrus licorice in there now, more than I am used to in veg, I think these gsc girls are going to hammer down. Edit: I'll update again on Thursday but adding a pic from the tent cause they are just going off, going to have to strip and train again soon.

They just hanging in veg for a few more weeks. Growing in thick, had to defoliate a bit and make sure the big shoots are getting the focus to grow vertically. Still had to move the light up but they're filled in sideways a ton too. Pics show them before and after and with some stem bending and such to keep them growing even and not such a thick canopy. They were being flooded 3x a week and I've moved it up to 4 now. Still just a basic 3 part. Seems like they are drinking more now so I might be getting some dark energy by Humbolt into the feed soon. Really gets them jacked and feeding right before flower. Other than that I think were doing pretty good sticking to 5-6 mains and seeing what she can do with good light penetration to the mains. They take the training just fine, they're not too bushy like a heavy kush strain.

Skipped a week but I put them into flower Sunday, haven't seen much yet but a little stretch going on. I put them on a balanced feed still with plenty of N because I tend to get yellowing in the start if I don't with the powerful hps light. They trained up well as 6 mains and I cleaned up the lowers pretty good before going into the flower tent. Not much to see yet but should be a good round of cookies.

Just another week of flowering. Buds have set pretty good and I will be defoliating/taking clones and pinching off anything that will be larf soon. I think the "mainline approach may be effective.. very even budding across each main shoot. I usually just bend and train until theres enough tops, but they don't always flower evenly. Nute wise, since the buds started, I added in some liquid koolbloom to the mix and stopped the tarantula and Piranha powders. I have been feeding three separate one minute intervals per light period, and they're in one gallons. 2mins a night and they were getting dry, 3 is a bit heavy on the runoff so hoping they start drinking more as they get going more.
