day 91 from seed, 11 days into 12/12, she is currently sitting at 4ft9" and still going strong, starting to develope buds now so have started on the bloom feeds :) this strain is so resilient, and shows next to no signs of stress no matter what i seem to do to her, cant wait to see whats to come with this
day 94, week 3 of 12/12, she has become absolutely covered in bud sights, have had to split the last defoliation over a 2day peroid because it was taking to long haha, pretty impressed with how she is looking right now despite the fact she looks a little untidy, looking forward to seeing whats to come from this in the end. i am running out of head space though so hopefully she doesnt get too much taller now aha :/
day 103, week 4 of 12/12.. buds are stacking up nicely on her now, i have tried to lower night temps in my room for a lil experiment to see if it helps with an increase of trichome production, she is beginning to look pretty frosty already, how ever my video skills aren't quite up to date, so i will have one of better quality to update in the week :)
had bit of trouble with nute burn over the last few days, so have given a little flush to sort the issue, other then this i have nothing bad to say, she is stinking, very frost her buds are starting to grow noticeably, i currently have about 4-5 weeks left on this one i think, so over the next couple of days i am going to start potting up my next ones to run, the smell of the cookies though is really sweet, and pretty damn potent , hopefully she tastes as nice as she smells, going to do a hash run at the end of this grow just to make the most of everything. either way she just gets better and better by the day.. cant wait to try her
Just starting of week 6 now and she is absolutely stinking! Can't quite put my finger on it though, the smell is similar to a coffee but not quite there, with a real sweat pungent smell to go along with it. She is definatly fattening up nicely now, fingers crossed she will be ready to start a flush in about a weeks time. I dont think you can quite see it on the vid or pictures but she is starting to get a slight purple colouring coming through the buds too. Looking forward to seeing how she finishes off over the next few weeks
On week 7 of flower now.. buds are becoming more noticeably denser, and filling out nicely, also got a fair bit of colouring starting to come out of the buds to.. looking forward to seeing how they fatten up over the last few weeks.. got a few amber trichs showing here and their so will keep an eye on that.. but hoping to be able to start flushing her in about two weeks :)
Starting off week 8 of flower now.. she is absolutely stinking the room out.. had to get a load of odour nutrelisers because my filter isn't quite cutting it.. smells so dam sweet though I can't wait to try her. She isn't as big as I was hoping she would finish off, but hoping she swells Nicely these last couple of weeks.. she is already really dense.. looking forward to seeing what the final weight is from her.. loads of sugar leaf too so will have some fun with this in my bubble bags for sure 😎
Just coming in to the second week of the flush now.. hoping to take her to about 63 days.. I can't notice any more growth coming from her over the past few days so may even be able to pull her sooner, absolutely stinking though it's been hard not to pull her already. Can not wait until she has dried out. And looking forward to doing another run of this strain to see how I can make it better, had been contemplating if I should give her a dark period before I chop her and think I will give it a go so I will post before and after pics so we can see how well it works
She is certainly good for a day time smoke, she grew very dense but didn't have the size to make up for it, not complaining though this is a great smoke and was an absolute pleasure to grow! And the hash.. Well I think the picture speaks for itself 😎
Over all she was a great plant to grow, size of the buds once they dried was a little disheartening, but I put that down to over feeding and lack of light, I am going to be running this strain again soon and doing a few things differently so hope to get some better results. The smoke is nice but I think she could have gone a little longer so hoping the cure finishes her off nicely, how ever there is no give in the buds at all, they are so dense!! She is quite terpy and earthy at the same time, also has a sweet twinge to it but over all I am happy with the turn out. Nice bit of trim and popcorn from her to be washed so will be uploading some pictures of the bubble hash once I have run the trim through the bsgs, and will get some better pics of the buds at the same time a000
could anyone who sees this comment, please reply with your views/opinions regarding the 48 hour dark period that can be given at the end of a flush before she is pulled? i am curious because i haven't got another one of her to compare the difference of it to if i was to try it, so i was wondering if someone who does it/ tried it could give their input as i don't know if its worth trying or not? thanks in advance :)
@ganjaman94, You weren't kidding about @the_connoisseur420 His PC is very frosty! But I think yours might have larger Buds (Its always hard to tell exactly from pics). Either way, You're both rocking it and I'm even more convinced 😉
@BudKingsGrow, that is a good point i guess, i think i am going to give it ago man,i am giving her the last watering of the flush today so during the last day or two of the soil drying before i pull her i will probably keep the light off.. and will post before and after pictures to see how much of a difference it makes.. the guy who commented on the message you replied to has done this strain too man and his already looks so much frostier then mine, slight envious aha.. worth checking out though man just in case you need a bit more convincing
@ganjaman94, I do hear your point about having new trichome production vs. mature trichomes. But one thing to consider is that you already put the time and effort to get a lot of mature trichomes on this beauty, so getting it frostier just makes your Buds look that much danker 😉 I think I'm gonna give it a try on my next harvest just to see if it's really hype!
@Wisconugs, if your just starting out mate I think the tent I am using is perfect for beginning with, or maybe a 1.5mx1.5mx2m depends how many plants you intend on running though I guess mate
@ganjaman24,thought I had commented on this my self then.. Took me a while to realise that your username is only a number different from my own and it wasn't actually me haha! Thanks man I started harvesting yesterday, just got to finish pulling the leaves off today man then will have some pictures up of her hanging, gave her 48 hours of dark at the end, didn't really notice much difference in trichomes but her colours came out great! I am well chuffed with this can't wait for her to finish drying..just for the record though if you need any more convincing then check out @the_connoisseur420 grow of this strain bro.. Now that is frosty! I would definitely recommend her to any grower though, she has been a pleasure to grow, and smells amazing
@ganjaman24, aha great minds think alike pal 😉 thanks man I appreciate it, I intend to run the strain again soon with a bigger light so hopefully get a better return next time round, not that I am complaining at the moment aha.. can't wait to do it again, pineapple express is my next run, hoping that turns out just as good.. I don't blame you man this was a great grow, you'll be more then impressed I think and this was my first so can only imagine someone with a bit more experience could get better results, deffo worth the wait man

She didn't grow as big as I was expecting her to if I am honest, I think I may have oven done the nutrients a little the last few weeks of feeding her. I started my flush at the same time man and will be starting the second week tomorrow, looking to pull her around 63-64 days.
Aw man that sucks, I would be wounded if i had noticed any on this as she smells and looks amazing, cant want for her to be ready.. At least she didn't turn on you earlier though mat so you still het a result from her
To add to my last question, can anyone that knows their stuff when it comes to plant training.. Please take a look at my pictures from the earlier stages of flowering, where I have a couple of photos of the base.. And let me know if that is standard low stress training or have I mainfolded her? I was un aware of this method but have just done a little reading on it and from the images I seen online they look fairly similar to what I have done to my girl.. Again thanks in advance 😊 hi
Just see you feed and obviously If it's working then stick with it but 5ml per litre of bio grow seems a little strong? The feed chart using all mix or light mix doesn't go past 1ml per litre throughout the grow. Anyways just a little friendly advice. Best of luck
@the_connoisseur420, again this is something i was advised not to do before aha, because sometimes the perlite in the soil can be too much for it apparently, so i didnt even start off in the lightmix mate, i ended up starting with john innes seedling ad cutting soil.
i am not trying to argue with what your saying though mate because in a sense i agree, when i first gave it her i thought the dose seemed a bit much, i only stuck with it because she started showing signs of n deficiencies, although now she seems to have settled at that from what i can see, so i dont intend to up it any more.
100% mate she has taken everything i have thrown at her, and exceeded from it, no joke i have defoliated this plant about 8 times, i dropped it upside down after transplanting halfway through veg by accidentally knocking it off my work top, she has been trained a lot, topped, then the tops split because of the training, and she has not shown a single sign of stress in the slightest, the only things she has ever shown signs from is underfeeding.. there is just no stopping her!
i am going to try this strain again once i have a few harvest under my belt and i am going to take a different approach to it to see how i can better what i end up with first time round. what is your opinion on all mix for autos mate? thats what i am running in there next that all but i have read a lot that auto's don't take well to all mix.. is that just a load or rubbish or should i listen to that mate?
@ganjaman94, yeah ideally you want to use light mix for seeds and cuttings but I normal pot up with all mix after a week or two of veg and never had a problem.
Like I said before whatever works for you buddy. I've had my fair share of trial and errors but that's half the fun.
From what I can see so far this strain is very hardy and resistant to stress. last grow was a pre 98 bubba kush and this looks like it's going to yealed double :)
@the_connoisseur420,i'll be honest bro the only thing that put me off all mix is that i was told i couldn't use it for seedlings because it would burn them ect.. plus from what i understand allmix doesn't require a feed for a while because of the food in it already, and i didn't put her in her final pot until the week before i flipped her, so because it was fed nutrients during veg i can imagine i would then have to re-work out my feeding plan, if that makes sense? although i could be mistaken.how ever once i have a few harvests under my belt i think i am going to try and experiment a little with soils and feeds ect.. to find what i think works best for myself, although i am pretty impressed so far :). and thanks man i appreciate it, i see your also doing the same strain mate, so good luck with yours also.. i must say she is a fighter and hasn't failed to amaze me in the slightest.. despite it being the first i can easily see this being one of my favorite grows by far aha

@Bubba_green, tell me about it man, i had to tie up loads more branches yesterday because the buds are weighing them all down, looked like some of them were almost ready to snap off. i am really curious to see how much i am able to get from her though.. and look forward to doing the same run with a bigger light.. i would recommend this strain to anyone, she can be a lil sensitive to things during flower.. but its such a hardy plant and i think she has so much more potential to give!
@Zannabis7, thanks man she turned out alot better then I expected.. The buds are just pretty small, but really dense at the same time so am made up to be fair
@BudKingsGrow, haha if only man..my trichs are mostly cloudy now mate, there was still a small percentage that are clear though, have also noticed a couple of amber trichs are starting to show an appearance here and their, so i have started my flush on her, its just a case of keeping an eye on her now i guess, hopefully i got her at the right time

@Tonino, thanks mate, I have a tiny clone from this as a sample, and another one the same size of another strain but they are tucked away in the corner pretty much, all that canopy there is from the one plant pal, just from training and an 11week veg period
@Fun_Growin, yes dude, she is probably going to be one of my favorite too if i am honest, cant wait to run this strain again in the future, im am so excited to see how she finishes off over the next few weeks, and even more excited to try her, she smells amazing and is so sticky
