Grow Questions

What can I do to this plant? I was training it pretty intensely but had to go away and it was all messed up. The middle, main stem is way longer than the rest so Ive been bending it around in a circle to bring it back in. Should I just chop them level and let them grow back?

I dont think I would be chopping anything at this point , I think i would recommend that you keep following the path your taking now and keep LST in a circle until the canopy is even . This might take abit of time but looking over your plants I can see they are abit stressed and I think just chopping down a section would stress out it out further and stunt growth in your plant . Its also looking like your plants suffering from a combination of deficiency ( calmg and nitrogen ) I might recommend that you adjust your nutrient table to fix this . This will encourage your plant to grow vigorously and quickly allowing you train more often reaching your goal of having an even canopy :) I hope this information helps you with your problem :) Happy Growing!

Thanks, everybody. I think there appear to be deficiencies because of the super cropping; the area above the bends usually appear deficient until they recover. I agree that defoliating and chopping may be a bit too much stress though, so I'll continue training as I am. They get plenty of calmag and nitrogen, which is why I dont think there are those deficiencies, but I will keep an eye out and if they dont recover after healing from the bends then Ill have to see what else it can be.
