This week started off well. I bought a new pH meter. I found my soil pH was very low. Not sure if I am helping my, but I started to water at a higher pH of 8 to try and balance things out.
Week three had alot of new growth. Unfortunately I lost the pictures. The soil pH is starting to climb back towards what I believe is right. It has warmed up a bit this week. So keeping warmer temps at night should be easier. I wish I knew what caused the soil pH to be so off. I'm guessing it was a crappy meter on the initial start. The LSD 25 and white widow are doing great. The sleepy yoda is definitely smaller. Maybe it's still sleeping..... I will be watering at a higher pH again. Then slowly stepping back to 6 to 6.5 as the souls stabilizes.
Week four showed good growth. I started lst.
The LSD-25 is responding great. I love watching this plant. By far my favorite. The PH issues did not seem to bother it much. She finished week 4 at 6.5 inches tall with a great bonsai look. I trimmed some foliage, and tied a few branches. The white widow seems to be stalling. I am sure I over watered this week. She is a 5.5 inches tall at the end of the week. I tied a few branches down as well. I need to trim some leaves but was hoping she would stretch a little more.
The sleepy yoda showed was really stunted by the PH. I now have the PH under control. I want to feed, but I am afraid it is to late and with the PH issues I was unsure. Right now I am still water only. Looking into feeding more. I ordered new lights. They will go in right in time for the start of week 5
First week in the new Tent with the new lights. There may have been some shock going on in the beginning of the week as the plants adjusted to the new setup. I am using 2 1000W lights (165W each at the outlet) in a 2 x 4 tent by vivosun.
LSD-25:
Still by far my favorite. Had a few issues this week. Early on I noticed the leaves were really starting to droop. My watering cycle seems ok, I decided to let them dry out a little more. I then noticed on some spotting on the leaves. after doing some reading I decided to feed all three plants with some herb and vegetable food. It is a 3-4-4 blend. It also has Ca, and Mg. Noticed an immediate change and she picked right back up. There has been some stretching, Nothing major, I did screw up and cut off a flower, or a would be flower.
White Widow:
My second favorite this grow. Nice bushy plant. However it is not auto flowering, so it will wait its turn and go in the other tent with the other widows. i fed her the 3-4-4 blend as well. Did some defoliation this week, not alot of height, but overall good growth I think for the week.
Sleepy Yoda:
The slowest of the three. She really picked up this week. I think the PH being so far out in the beginning stunted her pretty bad, but there has been a nice recovery. I fed the 3-4-4 blend and did some defoliation as well as continued LST.
I added a time lapse of the days after the feeding. Shows some growth. Going to reposition next week to look more at the LSD-25/
This week went ok. The LSD-25 is still growing well. I have what i believe to be a calcium deficiency. I added some CA and MG this week to try and correct the issue. The sleepy Yoda has passed the White widow in size. I am watering a half gallon of water per plant every 48 hours.
The LSD- 25 is starting to have a stronger smell. Love this plant, super forgiving. Leaves are turning purple and have a nice sticky coat. The buds are starting to really fill out. I fed her 20 mL of fox farms tiger bloom.
The White Widow and Sleepy Yoda have been trimmed some and moved into a second tent in order to follow the 12 on / 12 off light schedule.
Started to see some yellowing. Adjusted my water schedule again. Plants seem to be responding well. The LSD 25 keeps smelling stronger and stronger. The White widow and Sleepy Yoda are on 12/12 and are starting to stretch a little.
This week was good overall. The new watering schedule is keeping things looking good. I was definitely over-watering before. Flowers are looking nice on the LSD as well as some new growth on the Sleepy yoda and White Widow. Smells are getting stronger seems like daily.
