I don't even use those lids anymore once the seedling pops up. The longer you leave the lid on the longer it seems to take the seedling to adjust to the environment. Sometimes my seedlings cotelydons curl down for a day or so if humidity is low but they adjust fast. They seem to shock more if you keep them in a dome.

Nice of you to link where u got that ec pen.They seem so expensive and if not knowing whats what,its hard to know what to og for.will check those out.Got the same cubes.they work well.Gl With grow.

@AcidTundra,Hi i have been growing for years and all of them will eventually fail, the EC sensors will dry out and not function after two years....i use some test solution t a known EC to test every few months.. good luck with your grows.
