Always used Biobizz products so can't say if it helped or not. But I alwasy harvested what I expected and never had any major issues.

This one took a bit longer than expects, lots of tiny leaves that were hard to cut down. I still have a lot of weight in branches so I expect about 1/3 to be actual bud weight-
