put_around I was having some problems with pests in my tent. Gnat infest and a couple thrips. Sprayed neem oil and sprinkled diatomaceous earth around the top. Some are struggling more than others. The pests are thinning for sure. Hopefully they didn’t hurt the ladies too bad. These are also my first auto’s!

put_around Just when you think you have it under control you go out of town for a few days and come back to thriving thrip infest! I have been able to keep the gnats and thrips under control for the most part but this week they did some damage. LESSON LEARNED: DO NOT BE CHEAP ON YOUR SOIL!!! As you can see I have sticky pads on both sides of my tent and I sprayed neem oil last night. I also put down some food grade diatomaceous earth. Hopefully I can get rid of these pests before they start flowering! If not I will have to get some lady bugs and amblyseius cucumeris to finish the job. Anybody have any experience with amblyseius cucumeris before?
put_around Good bud development on this flight! Just gotta bring the landing in and fatten these few little bud sites up!

put_around This one is kinda larfy so I thought I’d do another week of nutes but kind of regret it after bc there is already so many amber! Gotta flush and cut down in another week...oops!
This plant didn’t really fatten up at all. The buds are airy and popcorn like. It’s smells amazing though! Not sure what happened but it just didn’t quite perform like I’d thought and hoped. I’m going to freeze it as is and then run it through my bubble bags and press it into rosin! Fresh frozen rosin😍😍frosin!!! Should be amazing!

put_around This strain was interesting how the bud development went. It smells so good though I can’t wait to try the frosin out!!
I have a ton of experience with thrips. The only thing that seemed to do the trick for me was Spinosad spray. I layed down a thick coat of food grade diatomaceous earth when the soil was on the dryer side and sprayed my ladies. If it’s flowering already I wouldn’t use the spinosad. That’s the only thing that interrupted their cycle enough to kill them.
@TeflonDonFarms, I’ll have to try spinosad next time. It seems that the neem oil with diatomaceous earth worked this time! Well I haven’t seen them back yet. Fingers crossed!!
