I was having some problems with pests in my tent. Gnat infest and a couple thrips. Sprayed neem oil and sprinkled diatomaceous earth around the top. Some are struggling more than others. The pests are thinning for sure. Hopefully they didn’t hurt the ladies too bad. These are also my first auto’s!
Just when you think you have it under control you go out of town for a few days and come back to thriving thrip infest! I have been able to keep the gnats and thrips under control for the most part but this week they did some damage. LESSON LEARNED: DO NOT BE CHEAP ON YOUR SOIL!!! As you can see I have sticky pads on both sides of my tent and I sprayed neem oil last night. I also put down some food grade diatomaceous earth. Hopefully I can get rid of these pests before they start flowering! If not I will have to get some lady bugs and amblyseius cucumeris to finish the job. Anybody have any experience with amblyseius cucumeris before?
Man! Super dissapointed in this GSC! Luckily it was a freebie. I love the smell, I just wish there was more there. Not sure what went wrong, probably the stunt from the pesky pests early on. Would love to try it again though!
hello @put_around, firstly best of luck with your ladies. i had same pest problem before and ordered some aptus dislike production. i just used this spray one time and never had same issue again. cheap soils have some bug and infest eggs inside i guess... 😤 hope u may solve the issue as fast as possible for healthy leaves.
