All Germinated, except for the Lemon Cheese which sadly did not make it. No worries, got an extra in the pack so I just popped that in. Got em on the auto feeder with a hand watered dose of rapid start at the beginning of the week. Cheers
Lemon will definitely be lagging, If not unviable for this run. Time will tell. All others seem to be doing well and will get closer attention for the next week or two.
Update: the second seed seems to have germinated (cots facing down, be careful, i had to go in and flip it, this is probably what happened to the first seed) Definitely will be last on the chopping block.
Also decided to switch to 15 hour lights for probably just a couple weeks to give em some more energy. Cheers
Switched to 24 hour light to have them grow to some semblance of maturity before flipping back to 12. Glad to see the Lemon Cheese pulling through, and the other strains seem to be doing very nice. Started adding Veg Nutes to the Res and Top Feeding as well. Cheers
Out of town, so they’ll be reliant on the auto feeder for the week. Starting to grow some big energy producing leaves, and Franco’s doing just fine if a little behind. Way of the road, cheers.
Queen got a little burnt due to lack of top feeding, no problem with new leaves comin in. Probably going to start waining light hours towards flower, as indoors this stage won’t start until 2 weeks after being triggered, meaning 2 more weeks of vegetative growth, enough to, with the flowering stretch, hopefully give me close to full coverage of my grow area. Cheers
Halfway through the week i upgraded to 1 Gallon Hempys for the girls which I think they’ll hugely benefit from. Also turned up the lights to 600w due to the bucket placements in the tent. Going to start cutting down hours to flower but slowly to give them some time to root up the new coco; decided this is the best course of action to increase my yield. Cheers as always
Plants got a surge of growth over the week, lookin forward to a decent canopy come flower. Switched to 12, keeping MH bulb going until i see flowers. Slowly beginning to wean off the calcium nitrate as well. Also have begun to do some light defoliation and pruning where necessary - best to nip it in the bud as they say - before the energy investment grows. Gotta be careful with your girls though, don’t get clipper happy. Cheers
Late week update: Actually probably keeping calcium nitrate steady since it'll need more for the stretch, after which I'll quickly decrease and change my nute schedule.
New intake fan allows me to get ideal light intensity with greater temp control. My Tds meter unfortunately broke so it’s been about 4 days now of eyeballing the girl’s feed, but they’re being very tolerant of me haha. Canopy coverage seems to be pretty good and still improving, hopefully i’ll start to see some pre flowers next week. Cheers!
Gonna be leaving the plants to the auto feeder for a week probably starting this weekend, here’s hoping they make it through that relying on just the water stakes and hempy res. Flowering has definitely started, for the Amnesia especially so, but all the plants are getting along just fine and giving me a nice sea of colas over my grow area. Cheers and best wishes for yall’s croptober!
They’ll be on the feeder for the week, no organic nutes for the res. Lookin pretty nice, hope they get by ok until Saturday. Set to pump for 50 sec every 2 hours into 2-3 watering stakes per plant. Cheers
The terps have begun, the amnesia tropical, the gorilla fruity, the Franco lemony, and the Queen with a fuelly musk. All in all lookin super tasty so far. The Franco is stretching fast towards the height of the amnesia, so I am hoping for a lemon sativa pheno for her, we'll see. Cheers
The girls are still wanting a good bit of calcium nitrate so I’m keeping it steady, the smell is great and the buds are entering the mid flower stage nicely. Might even be seeing some hints of purple forming in the core of the Queen’s buds. Watching your plants flower is just a good time, show your girls some love today. cheers
Started up the UV lights, set to turn on for an hour in the middle of each day's light cycle. These additional wavelengths being absorbed will add flavor, and the plants will also respond to the radiation by stimulating resin production. Flowering is really starting to kick into gear, looking and smelling better every week, and I'm hoping for some real chunkiness on those stems come harvest. Been doing a bit of semi-flushing my medium with PH'd water as my runoff ppm's have been getting a bit high, suggesting a little salt buildup.
The Amnesia's been doing well, with its striking haze-y terp profile showing strongly as its buds continue to swell. The Gorilla blue has only four larger colas, and has otherwise basically formed into a kind of blueberry bush style structure, with small sparkling nuggets densely blanketing the canopy. The Lemon Cheese is looking frosty as all hell, with many medium sized colas additionally packed densely together and continuing to develop. The Purple Queen is getting purply and has a ton of large colas, looking like an absolute dream, and still with a solid three or four weeks of flowering time to go.
Only time will tell what is the true quality of these genetics. But it's been a fun ride so far. Cheers, World
Starting to see some promising bulking of both the main colas and the side nugs, and terpine production is in full force. The Gorilla Blue is expressing the blueberry heavily on the fragrance right now, and I’m glad to smell it for sure. All the plants are lookin frost covered and resin coated, giving a striking visual effect. I did see a few small bits of UV burn this week so definitely be cautious when experimenting with these, this is my second grow with UV bulbs and I’m still dialing it in to stress the plants just enough to snowify the buds. On the bright side my vent system is really shining this week letting me run consistently in the low 70s, or mid-high 70s with relative ease and then bringing it down to the low 60s for mainly coloration reasons. Cheers to three solid weeks of bulking to come.
Gone until Saturday so they’re back on the auto watering setup. Franco is leading the pack in terms of pure frost, The Queen leads in color, and the blue and amnesia tie for smell. These are good times haha. Cheers to a nearby harvest
Lookin and smellin damn fine over here. Judging by each girl’s progress, it’s probably going to be purple -> amnesia -> blue -> lemon in terms of harvest order. All will be chopped by Christmas, let’s finish this 👊 cheers.
Strain review
Day of chop: December 9th, 2020
Days alive: 118
Days curing: 28
Test Method: 8 inch bubbler bong, one bowl smoked of a ground-up cola tip
VISUAL -
Colors: 4/5 - Green, Orange, Gold
Bag appeal: 3/5 - Solid, but not full eye candy
Structure: 4/5 - Frostiness is there, a fully Sativa structure with long foxtails
TOUCH -
Density: 3/5 - Nugs could be denser, even by sativa standards, but respectable
Stickiness: 4/5 - Great resin concentrations for a sativa
SMELL -
Aromas: 4/5 - Loud, dominant sour flavor, think sour skittles or warheads, with a fruity pine fragrance more leaning towards fresh apples than citrus. Classic Haze terps
TASTE -
Flavors: 3/5 - not as strong as smell, sour diesel flavor with a slight fruitiness on the aftertaste
HIGH -
Effects: 4/5: Active head high best enjoyed before getting tasks done or out with friends. Potent sativa dominant hybrid, indica influence is faint but present. Definitely NOT for your sleepy time bowl. Breaks through a good tolerance, and a good high lasts about three hours from finishing the bowl. Overall, seems like a solid Haze high with the usual positives and negatives that go with the more sativa side of things
Medicinal use: 3/5- migraines, pms, depression, has a bit of an edge to the high that may be more fitting for recreational use
GENETICS -
Growth (5/5) - Healthy, looked and smelled great throughout, no issues, can only ask for more yield in the end
Yield (3/5) - While it very well may have grown better with a more experienced hand, in this grow she was prone to larfy buds; those combined with her trim weighed more than my cured flower weight in the end, but at least these will be great to make hash with
_____________________
My Grow Style/Setup: Compact indoor Coco Hempy Bucket - Probably as small of a plant as I’ll ever grow again, but made good use of the space available. HID lights with UVB in late flowering. Hung whole to dry for 5 days
Weight in larf/trim: 43g
Note: This review is subjective and reflects the overall rating of the results of this specific grow - however, well bred strains will almost always be at least five out of ten
Overall, i learned a hell of a lot over this grow that will massively improve my future grows. I’ve never been a huge Haze fan but I’m still glad to have this strain in my lineup. This strain, or at least this pheno is not one that is an all-timer for me personally, but make no mistake that it is, when properly cured, a smooth, fragrant, and potent smoke. Stay tuned for the harvest pages of the rest of this run, and a big cheers to Seedsman for this cut of the Amnesia Fast!

Days alive: 121
Days curing: 28
Test Method: 8 inch bubbler bong, one bowl smoked of a ground-up cola tip
-VISUAL-
Colors: 5/5 - Green, Vibrant Purple, Orange, Black
Bag appeal: 5/5 - Can’t find myself asking for too much more really
Structure: 4/5 - Frosty and robust indica structure
-TOUCH-
Density: 4/5 - Nugs could be just a little denser
Stickiness: 4/5 - Great resin content
-SMELL-
Aromas: 3/5 - Herbal with hints of fruit punch and chocolate, but manifests as an overall skunky pungency.
-TASTE-
Flavors: 2/5 - Relatively weak taste when smoked (or vaped) - an earthy, herbal woodiness with an even fainter tinge of chocolatey, flowery sweetness
-HIGH-
Effects: 4/5: This cut does what RQS states, to the max. Sleep and munchies come, tension and body pain floats away. This is a pure indica effect, which means a borderline psychedelic body high can come with higher doses. This strain is not a creeper, and after two or three hits you will begin to feel heavily stoned, and within a few more you will be blasted beyond all concepts of social convention.
Medicinal use: 4/5- GI Pain, Joint Pain, Back Pain, Insomnia, Anxiety, Appetite, more CBD content and it would get the 5
-GENETICS-
Growth (5/5) - This plant grew really nice and I got a great cut from the one seed i had. Satisfied
Yield (4/5) - Not a bad yielder, gives medium amounts of buds and resin coated trim, and cola buds are of consistently high quality

This grow I learned the most yet. Haven’t hit my yield goals because of that, but that’s the way of the road. I’ll remember the Purple Queen. Her buds were grade A indica smoke whose only downside was a relatively weak flavor. But those buds...

Test Method: 8 inch bubbler bong, one bowl smoked of a ground-up cola tip

Colors: 4/5 - Green, Blue, Red, Silver, Lavender
Bag appeal: 4/5 - Looks like headstash material to me
Structure: 5/5 - Frosty and Homogenous indica structure
-TOUCH-
Density: 4/5 - Nugs could be just a little denser
Stickiness: 4/5 - Great resin content
-SMELL-
Aromas: 5/5 - Sour Blueberry, Cinnamon/Cream,
-TASTE-
Flavors: 3/5 - not the strongest taste, what does come through is an earthy blackberry with floral notes and hints of sour candy
-HIGH-
Effects: 4/5: A strangely intense, yet mellow high - both potently cerebral and strongly stoning. Indica dominant and yet can be smoked throughout the day by novices and stoners alike. An easy comedown to manage as well. Overall, it’s the intensity of GG’s effects with greater levels of sedation attributable to the blueberry side.
Medicinal use: 4/5- GI Pain, Joint Pain, Back Pain, Insomnia, Anxiety, Appetite, Feel like yourself while getting great relief from symptoms, even though not the highest in CBD
-GENETICS-
Growth (4/5) - Great plant but smaller in stature, grow big if you really want to reap this plant’s true potential.
Yield (3/5) - Average but respectable with medium amounts of buds and resin coated trim, as well as cola buds of consistently high quality

One thing I’ve taken from this grow is that I think I’ll be trying organic soil style indoor growing after my current Coco hempy run. I feel as though the main thing this would benefit is overall taste and smoke smoothness, of which i feel a difference, but want to test the results myself before determining so in my personal growing experiences. Thanks for reading me ramble on about this plant I love. Cheers

A warm wave rolls over the mind, uplifting the mood and washing away worries. Only slightly sativa dominant and being more of a hybrid high, you can be relaxed while productive, although this high seems better suited for play than work.

The taste of all of these strains has improved further with time, proving in my mind that 28 days of curing should definitely be the minimum to start to see the true potential of your bud. Cheers once more, and to all a good light.
