Should I worry about this rich #4 soil from nectar for the gods and it being too rich for an auto?

Information is power, and it would be nice to see soil info for major brands being reviewed. Like strength of micronutrients, base ph, etc. If ever in doubt, I would use seedling only soil in a fibre cup, then transfer the whole thing into your permanent soil/pot. The buffer the seedling soil provides will allow the plant to strength its roots and plant structure to take advantage of the loaded soil.

Well, many growers will disagree, but I'm always using rich soil from the very beginning and had good results doing so. My theory is that autos with their limited lifespan are so eager they want to eat from the very beginning as much as they can get. But I'm not very experienced and this is not scientific at all. Might as well have been just luck so far...

well you already planted the girl...... If iam unsure if the soil is to rich i do it like this. I fill the pot with the rich soil, then i dig awhole in the middle and take some rich soil out, then i put a " poor // lightmix in the middle. so the sedling get " lightmix for the upcoming weeks, and if it gets older if get the richmix around. But as you are already planted the Seedling........we just can do some prayings that its not to rih, you will mention ist very fast if its to hot. The girls dont grow properly and discoloring. So we just hope for the best

Using the right Soil is the base of a good grow. Ive been testing for a while until i found my Soils. For a year i do my own soilmix, and iam pretty lucky with it. Its a one time bigger action to get all components, but i order once ayear my Compostsoil and buy the additional components in big bags. So i have alltime the same soilmix with the same result. I have written down the reciepe in different diaries just look for the " cookies for me" - diary for more info just get me per PM or hit the reply button
