@zkittlezjunior, - Feminized Seed - The Growbox is only 40x40x120 cm and you can't compare the Sanlight M30 with a normal 30w Light. I'm not sure about the lumen but i can tell that the light has ~40000 Lux at 30cm distance to the plant which is really high for "30 watt". Is it enough for 1 Plant? - Yes, and if you plan to do Microgrow with it, the low heat is easy to manage.
