Thanks for checking out my new journal even if it is late. Well its day 36 and my babies are doing great except for the fact I'm running out of room. There are 6 in 5 gallon pots and all are lst grown in ffof, coco Loco and perlite. Any help is needed as this is my first grow. I love looking at all these beautiful pic on here so I figured I'd share mine....so what you guys think?
Day 40 and so far so good besides I'm still running out of room which I will learn from. BlackBerry is the furthest along and 30 inches tall. Nlxbb is 34 inches and gsc is almost 40 with no stop in sight 😂
Stretching is finally over on BlackBerry Kush and she is filling up nice! Building a lot of trichs and starting to give the room a very potent aroma 😃 I have no doubt "barring any mistakes from me" she'll be a big producer. NLXBB and gsc are both still growing with gsc being over 40 inches and probably 20 tops that are starting to fill out(maybe overkill). They are going to take about 2 weeks longer. I'll post pics of them in a day or 2
Day 47 and I switched ferts completely. I wanted to find something besides 20 additives so I'm trying jack's. Old timers know what they are talking about and swear by this stuff. They are responding great to it already in 2 days!!
So easy too. I also changed bulbs from a well known brand to a denkyu bulb. This bulb is awesome and is way brighter.
Not sure why neither one of my blackberry have turned any color.
Day 52 BlackBerry has probably another 2 weeks left and I'm going to start flush in about a week. NLXBB and GSC have finally stopped growing and filling out nicely. I'm loving the ferts I switched to. Now if only BB would start turning color!
Thought I'd throw a short video in. BB main top is bigger around than a coke can. I tried to set one for scale but couldn't get a good pic. I'm definitely no photographer.😂
Started on plain water today for BB. Gsc is 45 inches tall and coming on strong! Getting some frost now. 2 blackberry and neither one is turning color.
Hopefully #2 will as its a couple weeks behind
Blackberry and gsc are both in flush and will be taken down probably friday. All cloudy with a few amber mixed in. The nlxbb isn't far behind. Definitely going with fewer plants next time as I'm going to have quite a bit of popcorn buds. I can't wait!! 😆👍
Growing this blackberry was a breeze! Had to chop her a little early because I ran completely out of room. Would have never done it normally but was breaking branches and was hard to keep an eye on things.
Very pleased with the taste and smell after just 3 days in the jar.
The buzz is very energetic so this is going to be a good daytime smoke 😆
I really like this strain. I have another one that is a lot bigger with a couple weeks left. 96g of quality nugs and 48g of popcorn 😢 more room now so I'm sure the bottom nugs will be better on gsc and nlxbb 💪

@LagunitasOGDGC, unfortunately the fan leaves on the BB doesn't have hardly any frost but the GSC is totally different it's already loaded. I'm keeping all leaves with anything on them though.
@Jersyn, myself I usually remove any fan leaves that are blocking budsites AFTER the stretch has finished. If there are a few leaves in the way, take em out. But don't go overboard, less is more it seems with cannabis.
Ya got great internodal growth going on! This has potential for a huge harvest, and that stem looks exactly how you want. You have a huge vascular system pulling nutes to the buds.
Like BDK said, you're going to want to keep an eye on your airflow, and its smart to keep your humidity lower to help prevent problems. I wouldn't however advise defoliation for autos, their lifespan is so short any stress will set back the final product, as it takes time to recover. Best to keep on the track youre taking (a la Humboldt Local) and keep it unstressed. It's working great for you so far!
Are you using anything besides the Advanced Nutrients you listed? What's your reasoning behind nutrient ratios? What's your light source? And is that a fabric grow bag, like a smart pot?
@Eureka, I have no reasoning really just trying to go by pretty much what AN says. Running 1000w DE hps and no its plastic pots this time I think 7 gal equivalent air pots next round.
WOW 1600 PPM and they are loving it- I looked at your next week pics and they took all that food to the top! Good job man. What wattage is your HPS? 5x5 tent?
Looks good , I hope you got some good ventilation!!! You doing well bro...you might want to cut the lower branches off , give you more space and bigger buds.
@Tenacious_Trichomes, Once I harvest the 2 close ones I'll have a lot more room for the other 4 and they are way bigger than BB#1. I have another BB that is 44 inches and is just now starting to flower good
Thanks I was wondering whether to but I've heard some people say not to touch auto's so I'm afraid to 😂 I have a 6 inch 465cfm duct fan along will 2 wall fans
