THE_CORNETTOS Week 2: GROW MECHANICS: 100% germination with seeds: President seeds - Gorilla Kim and Royal Wedding Cake. We've put 16 plants in 11l pots and will be vegging for only four weeks. Using Freedom Farms Organic Classic: The plants seem to be responding very well to this rich and nutritious pre-mix! California Lightworks 550 controller spectrum setting for veg: R50 W49 B99 We want a quick turnaround time and would like to harvest the biggest yield as possible in a 4x4 tent (@Zootly). We are giving our girls nutrients (Freedom Farms Kelp (5ml) and Freedom Farms Priobiotics (10ml)) 1x a week. GROW DIARY: No issues with the grow so far. Growth is coming along nicely, super green leaves and all responding well to the environment we've set-up for them. They're happy with the light and schedule - enjoying the sunshine since we can't in the lockdown! We had a bit of a touch-and-go moment with one of our Royal Wedding Cake Seeds. After germination, we mistakenly planted her slightly too deep. We tried to find her but it was a lost cause and we didn't want to shock her too much. A few days into seedling stage, we found her! We named her Chuck Norris because she's a fighter. At the minute she's slightly behind the rest of the plants, she's looking strong! We're loving this journey!!

THE_CORNETTOS Week 4 has been nothing short of special. Under this global lockdown, our girls are keeping us company! Conditions have been great for the grow: We're watering roughly every second day, ensuring ample soil moisture but not enough to over water the roots. The soil we're using, Freedom Farms SA, retains a lot of water, which is great for retaining that moisture for a day or two. Once a week, we lightly spritz the plants with nutrients - Freedom Farms SA Organic Kelp and Freedom Farms Probiotics - they're responding very well to this and they're left with a glossy shine - great for photos! The light setting is the same as previously. The light is situated perfectly in the centre, so no plants are competing for any light. There have also been no pests! Chuck Norris is going nicely, in fact, his growth is matching some of the initially secure and more stable seeds 👍 Keep thriving!👽
