The size is not to bad for a soil grow, flowering stretch incoming, though outside of bio-grow at some unstated dose are you using anything else to supplement the bio-grow? I see no deficiencies off hand so perhaps she needs more light unless the air is stagnant in the grow area. THats all I got good growing.

You can always flush from 7 days to 2 weeks before harvest , so the tricky part is to determine when to harvest , in soil a long flush is suposed to be better and to bring more flavors , a flush too short will not be efficient To me the best answer is : when the trichomes are near to be ready ! When you harvest a cannabis plant it is better to do it based on the trichomes ratio , so when you are closed from the targetted trichomes ratio you can start to flush so here is a link to know more about that : https://www.alchimiaweb.com/blogen/harvest-marijuana-plants-trichome-ripeness/ You can also harvest thanks to the breeder recommendation ( add 1 week or 2 to what they are claiming )

My guess? I notice you started in a pot to big for a seedling, you are probably over watering, which is keeping the plant from developing as it should. What you need to keep in mind is that when you use a too big a pot and saturate it with water, the plant can't deal with that amount of water and the media is left with no oxygen for the roots to take, leaving the plant having to wait for the media to dry. Let the soil dry up before watering again.
