I don't usually bring scissors or force to any of my growing plants but those leaves were asking for it (I've literally put my finger on them and they just snapped off). It seem that my initial guess is correct, this plant probably will be chopped down in next two weeks but cause it already entered phase of yellowing big fan leaves.
