Great plants so far. Two for two on the seeds germinating. They've been growing very well and responded well to topping. Used plain ole water for the first week. Then started 1/4 strength voodoo juice with micro/grow/bloom - worked up to 2ml/L of each over a few waterings. Now we're using 2ml/L B-52 with the micro/grow/bloom. Have them topped for mainline, but debating on LST. Had an early scare with fungus gnats, but they didn't take hold in these babies. Diatomaceous earth and sticky mats for the win!
Started pruning for mainline, but one of these plants is a mutant! Its growing like a clone with offset nodes. It's also putting a lot of energy into the side branches and not the main branch. That being said its had more growth than any of my other babies, just not where I is expected it. The first Wedding Cake is growing as expected.
Wedding Cake #1 is growing well. Filling in. The four outer branches on #2 are slowly getting started. The inner four are taking off. Considering HST to see if we can't even out the branches.
Plants are fully recovered from the pruning and had a significant growth spurt this week. Only another week or two before they move under the bright lights.
