This season on the Walking Veg - Dale's Story. This season I'm doing a freebee grow. 3 different free strains. Tyreese (707 Truthband), Andrea (White Widow) and Dale (Delahaze). Growing in FFOF. I switched to flowering a week and a half early as recommended because this strain is supposed to grow large and I have limited vertical space. Started LST.
I added some stakes to support to rapidly stretching branches. Dale is much taller than the other two plants which is causing me a little bit of an issue.
Big juicy buds. Amber trichs starting to appear. Very smelly strain. Smells like warm fruit compote. Harvest time fast approaching. Branches need support.
Heavy feeder. Had yellowing start a bit early in flower for my liking. Had to try to give a little more nitrogen during flower. Seemed to keep the yellowing from getting out of control. Branches require support as buds put on weight. Only veged for three weeks to keep it from getting too big for my space.
I was initially concerned about the early yellowing, but a boost in nitrogen kept that at bay. This pheno seemed to be more on the lemon skunk side than the mango haze side. Very citrus taste. Nice yield.
