hi @Palius666 , normally people put the plants to bloom between 5 and 9 weeks according to the grow space and what they intend to do. A plant when it is mature enough to start flowering shows is sex, the "white hair" pistils appear between the nodes of the plant. you can flower before but the results will not be as good and the flowering will take longer. good luck in flowering mate 💪👍
