2020-07-06: Full watering + kelp, plants seem very happy but i don't see much stretch at all. maybe because the are Indica's? other than height all looks good. All plants are a good 25" one of the LA's in the back is really short (12"" and had to be propped up quite a bit!. while the other LA is 25"
2020-07-07: Nothing, benefits of mainlining.. less work in later stages.

@lg2200,I personally think you get more from lst and if your plants have something wrong with them your plants will tell you but with mainlining it's hard to tell what's wrong
