Starting to develop a pleasant smell in the tent. Had some white residue on the leaves for the past week after applying neem oil, but it appears so be clearing up. Did some defoliating this week and continued LST. Hoping to get an explosion in growth over the next 2 weeks before sending it into flower. Note: noted a burned leaf tip and several leaves with "the claw" indicating nitrogen overabundance. Will use cal-mag only with next couple of waterings.

I'm very happy with how LST is going. I've been using hemp twine to tie down the branches, and this has been extremely easy and, honestly, pretty therapeutic. The canopy is fairly even and full, and it looks like I'll have a handful of solid tops. This little girl has been healthy all week. Went back to the regular feeding regimen. There is now a definite scent emerging from the tent, and it's getting me pretty amped for flower. I plan to hold off on defoliating this week to let the plant fill out a bit before flower. I'll do one last defoliation before flipping to 12-12 in the next 1-2 weeks. We'll see how much she grows this week.

She's looking pretty healthy. Did one last round of heavy defoliation before switching to 12-12 on 4/10. Checked sex on all branches, and 2 tiny white pistils are peaking through on every node. I would have liked to veg for another couple of weeks, but this tent is pretty small and I don't want to risk ruining my buds with light bleaching down the road. New, slightly bigger tent incoming sometime this week.

She's looking really healthy! Some nice early bud sites starting to develop on the tops. I count 7 main stems that look like they have the potential to yield some nice buds. No deficiencies or anything to note. I just got a bigger tent along with some new gear, and I plan to move this girl over to the new tent since she's getting pretty cramped right now. Very excited to watch this bloom progress.

- Did one last major defoliation at the end of the week. - Buds are popping up everywhere and the plant looks very strong and healthy. - She's starting to give off a really nice aroma. It's not overpowering (yet), but it's definitely noticeable. - Very excited to see these buds take shape. They already look beautiful and completely stuffed with white pistils. I'm a huge fan of this phenotype so far. The plant has been super healthy throughout the entire grow, the plant structure is somewhat unique and interesting, and the quantity/appearance of the bud sites is very impressive.

-Started seeing some early signs of nutrient burn on the leaf tips. Watered with pH water only for 1 day and now adding only CalMag and FloraBloom to the feeding mixture for the time being. Planning to start a 2-week flush after this week, so I'm not too concerned about nutrient build-up. -The buds are getting pretty frosty with trichomes and have really nice color. Added an extra 45W light to the tent for an extra kick through the final weeks of flowering. -I've been regularly using Afghani for my medical needs and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite strains. This plant is starting to develop a really nice aroma that's similar to Afghani but with a twist of tropical fruit. Very excited to try this strain out after drying/curing.

Unsure of what is causing the black tips on the upper leaves. Raised the light, cut nutrients to 1/3 normal. Not too concerned since flushing starts today. She's packing on some weight and starting to smell great!

The buds are starting to look pretty juicy. Starting to see some beautiful colors in the leaves after one week of flush. Trichomes are mostly cloudy at this point. The smell is mouth-watering. One more week of flush then harvest.

Nice looking plant! I loved my AFGooey. I just tried to regrow it, but I had seed issues. I have 1 more seed to try. Hope it turns out as good as yours. Good luck.

@Quexos, I had issues germinating my first Afgooey seed as well. For this plant, I germinated in rock wool under a humidity dome and transplanted the cube into the current soil pot once roots started popping through the bottom of the cube. This worked well for me, and she's been very strong ever since! Good luck to you my friend.
