greenfam420 So my grow tent is a SecretJardin DP90, which is a 100*90*60cm propagator, and the Light is a S600 full spectrum. At this point the seedling just sprouted in a small cup.

greenfam420 Just transplanted my seedling to it's final pot, a 20l smartpot. My soil is about 70% Biobizz Lightmix + 5% perlite + 25% BioBizz CocoMix. I got a BioTabs Kit so the soil was prepaired according to their manual, using all the listed products. By the end of the week started bending down the plant.

greenfam420 Growing well, not much to add. Just keeping up with the LST. Just watering it every other day with about a liter of PHed water. Yes, I am correcting the water PH, despite the claims that it isn't needed.

greenfam420 Now I started feeding her with Orgatrex and GK BatBoost (not just the plain extract). Still defoliating her a lot to expose potential budsites. She is now stretching really fast, It noticeable just by looking at the pics which have been taken at most a day a part. She is also developing that sweet aroma, it is becoming a lot more noticeable!

greenfam420 She's showing up good trichome coverage and getting some nice purple tones. At this point I am trying to make sure all branches get the most light exposure. :)

greenfam420 At the end of last week I noticed some yellow leaf tips, couldn't really figure out what was happening. I flushed her with about 4l of ph'd water. After I ruled out light burn and nute burn I figured that this might be normal for the strain, she is getting the leaf edges discoloured but seems healthy and buds are getting fat and purple! I gave her another teaspoon of bactrex as I do every other week.

greenfam420 I lowered nutrient concentration at gradually during the week, from now on we're just on PH'd water. Most of the leaves turned purple and I am seeing some fake seed pods. Also in some calyxes/fake seed pods it is getting a brownish tone. Trichomes are white, buds feel dense, I would probably have flushed her earlier since buds look ripe right now. The initial plan was to have a 10-15 day flush period, at this point I am considering a 1week flush.
This is a pretty easy strain to grow, very forgiving to defoliation and topping, the yield is generally good, this is the second time I grow this strain and I am sure I will grow it again! Effect wise it is a clear sativa high, decent taste, I use mostly my vaporizer but even smoking it it keeps being a mainly cerebral high. After curing the jars where you store get a diesely smell but when you grind it it smells like herbs! 😌

greenfam420 I am happy about the results, I didn't have a scale and I cut it down during the COVID lockdown so I had no way to get one. It looked like I got about 100g which for a 1m tall grow tent is ok, I could probably have gotten a few grams more if I have used topping and even mainlining, given the branchyness and the fact that this strain has a lenghty veg phase and is very forgiving when you start cutting leaves off.
@greenfam420,i ve changed my mind and i bought the V2 version. I got It right today. It looks really good, another world compared to my old 250 hps.. i think i m going to falling in love
Hey there,
Thanks so much for running a diary of our genetics 🙌
Let us know if you need any assistance, we’re more than happy to help.
Happy Growing !!! 🌱☘️🌴🍀🌿🌳
@Fast_Buds, Thanks! At this point I think there isn't much to do besides flushing, I am still not sure whether to do it for a week or longer. I am also wondering whether the leaf edge discolouration is normal. I had an outdoor of this same genetics which I haven't defoleated so heavily and it only happened on the older bigger leaves. Congratulations for the great genetics! I will certainly grow this one again!
@greenfam420, Hey there! It's really up to you, pay attention to the trichomes until they are to your preferred ripeness. Did the discoloration begin once you lowered the nutes?? Thanks for the nice words by the way! Happy to have you growing our genetics =)
@Fast_Buds, When discolouration started nute concentration was at the highest. Only last week the trichomes started to get milky, I am going to water it again once more and cut it down after the soil dries. At this point it doesn't have that much non dry pistils and it isn't smelling a lot (compared to 2 weeks ao) unless you touch it. Is this normal? My last GSC kept smelling a lot till last flowering week but trichomes got milky earlier and I had a higher percentage of white pistils.
@Soshone, The S600 is great, no complaints whatsoever! Although there is the S600 V2 which from what I understand has a broader light spectrum. (note that mine is a full spectrum version) Regarding the yield, I am happy about it, only I could have had it on a 20/4 cycle (for slightly denser buds) and probably let her grow a bit taller (My growtent is only 1m tall). One other thing is, while using this technique I could have topped her on the last veg week, which probably might have produced bigger colas.
