High, Maybe youve got some snails. I have no slimy marks on the leafs or plant itself, but on the floor around the pot, its full of it. Never seen jumping snails, but its the only option here so far. I live in Flanders so maybe youve got the same 'problem'(like youve said, its nature). They hide during the day and come out at night.
