Original Russian

Day 0 - Started germination with the paper towel method in 1 April and taproot was showing on 3 April. Placed her in a jiffy pellet and the humidity dome and waiting for her to pop through the soil. I will start day 1 when the first set of true leaves show. Day .5 - She’s up and out of the soil and doing good. I can see her first set of leaves starting to form so hopefully day 1 will be tomorrow. Still keeping her in the humidity dome for another couple days then will place her into her 3 gallon pot. Day .75 - Still not quite day 1 yet so just sprayed her down with a bit of water and poured a little bit in the humidity dome to keep it up. Hopefully tomorrow will start day 1. Day 1 - She doesn’t have a big set of true leaves yet but still going to call today day. I went ahead and placed her into her 3 gallon pot today and will be keeping a glass over her to keep the humidity up. Also gave her just a light spritz of water and on the inside of the glass. Day 2 - Nothing to really speak of right now. Gave her a light mist of water around her, on her and inside the glass I keep over top of her. Day 3 - So far so good and not much I can really say. Not much is going on but a little work underground. Gave her a spritz of water and sprayed the inside of the glass for humidity. Day 4 - She’s doing good so far and just gave her a spray of water and on the inside of the glass. Her second set of leaves are starting show but I know most of the work is in the soil right now. Just trying to keep the humidity up and keep her watered properly. Day 5 - Nothing new today. Gave her another spray of water and on the inside of the glass and so far she’s seeming to like it and doing well. Day 6 - All looking good and looking nice and healthy right now. Gave her a light spray of water and on the inside of the glass. Other than that, just letting her do her thing right now. Day 7 - The end of week 1 and all is looking good so far. Went and lowered the lights just a bit to try and keep her from stretching too much. Continued with just a light spray of water.

Day 8 - Starting week two and still not much happening, she seems a little light in color but overall looks good. Gave her another spray or water today and letting her go for now. Day 9 - Not much of an update right now, just a few pictures for updates. Still keeping the glass over her for higher humidity. Day 10 - Nothing new again today, these early stages are boring as hell but just a few pics for progress. Day 11 - Not a whole lot going on now but I think I’m going to up the water just a bit to hopefully kick her into drive. She’s been slowly progressing but looking healthy overall. Day 12 - Nothing major today but did give her about 8 ounces of water and nutes. She’s growing pretty slowly so going check tomorrow and see if I need to up the water a little bit. Day 13 - Almost the end of week 2 and decided to go ahead and give her a bit more water today. I wanted to ensure all the soil was wet so gave her a full gallon and nutes. I’ll keep an eye on her for now and see how’s she’s doing in the morning but she shouldn’t need anymore water for a bit. Day 14 - The end of week 2 and definitely a bit droopy from the watering yesterday but I wanted to make sure I got all the soil wet. Gonna let everything dry out a bit and should perk back up in a couple days.

Day 15 - Starting week 3 and she’s still a bit droopy but hopefully as she dries out in the next few days, she’ll perk back up. Other than that, she’s looking healthy overall, just a bit on the small side. Day 16 - She’s still droopy but still growing so hopefully she’ll grow out of being overwatered. Other than that, didn’t do anything with her today but get some updated pictures. Day 17 - Still a bit droopy but seems to be doing a bit better. Definitely shouldn’t of gave her as much water as I did last time but lesson learned and looks like she’ll recover just fine. Won’t be giving her any water for a bit and hopefully she’ll be fully recovered soon and growing so I can do some LST with her. Day 18 - She’s continuing along and looks like I might be starting a little LST with her tomorrow. I see some of the lower growth growing now so want to get them as much light as possible. Still another couple of days before she needs some water. Day 19 - Went ahead today and started LST. Nothing big but just got it slowly bent in one direction and tied it down. I’ll tie her down again tomorrow if needed and might give her a little bit of water. Day 20 - All seems to be ok right now with this girl. Overall she’s looking a little wrinkly but nice and green. Gave her just a little bit of water and nutes today. Hopefully I see some good growth this next week. Day 21 - The end of week 3 and still letting her go a bit more before doing more LST. She definitely seems a bit stunted from the over watering the other week but seems to be coming along. Not sure what I’ll end up getting out of her because of my mistake but I’m sure FastBuds genetics with come through.

Day 22 - Starting week 4 and was thinking she’s looking a bit small but comparing her to my Cheese that I’ve got going, she’s going at the same pace so I’m happy she seems to be recovered from the overwatering. Tied her down again, continuing in a circular motion and think she’ll need some water and nutes in the next day or so. Day 23 - Looks like I’m gonna wait one more day before giving her some water and nutes. I also want to give her a little more time before continuing LST. Other than that, she seems to be doing good and didn’t really do much with her today other than getting some updated pictures. Day 24 - All seems to be ok so far but she was definitely needing some water and now she’s a bit bigger so I gave her almost a gallon of water and nutes today. I’d like her to start stretching a bit more so I can continue the LST and hoping the water today will give her a bit of a growth spurt. Day 25 - Nothing much new today, just waiting for her to hit a growth spurt so I can continue with LST. Just took her out for some updated pictures. Day 26 - Continue LST today and tied the main stem down again. She’s starting to take off a bit, stretch over an inch last night but she’s tied back down to about 3 inches. Saw a couple pistils are actually showing now so she’s smaller but ahead of my Cheese now. Day 27 - She’s finally starting to come into her own and continued with LST today. Just tied one new branch out but some of the other lower growth is starting to stretch a bit and should be able to tie them down soon as well. Day 28 - It’s the end of week 4 and so far so good. She seems pretty dry so gave her a gallon of water and nutes and gonna let her stretch a bit more and then will continue with LST.

Day 29 - Starting off week 5 and she’s looking a little bad and my guess is it’s the watering. I’m definitely gonna have to back off what I give her, even dried out it seems she doesn’t need much so I’ll back down until she tells me she needs more. I also removed a could giant fan leaves as well, they were covering everything beneath. I might stop with the LST and just let her go how she is from here on out. Day 30 - Well I was gonna let her just go naturally but she put on some decent growth overnight so decided to go ahead and continue LST. She’s still looking a bit wrinkled but she’s growing nicely and definitely is starting to show more pistils. She might not end up being a big harvest but she might, time will tell. Day 31 - All is looking as good as it can right now and definitely holding out on water for a bit, it’s taking her a bit to use up what’s in the soil and it’s not drying out very quickly. I might end up putting another fan in the tent to blow just on the pot to try and get her dried up. She did stretch a bit and is starting to fill out but not quite where I want her yet. Day 32 - She’s not looking the greatest but overall seems pretty healthy. I’m thinking she’s pretty stressed from watering and will give her a lot less next feeding, still waiting for her to dry out. I did do a little LST and adjustments, then tucked some leaves and put her back into the tent. Day 34 - She’s looking a bit better and did some more LST and she’s showing more and more pistils. I tested the soil down to the bottom with a moisture meter and she’s definitely dry so gave her a gallon of water and nutes today. I’m thinking the soil is packed down a little too much so went around and kinda loosened everything up so hopefully she’ll get more drainage and such. Day 35 - The end of week 5 and she seems like she’s finally starting to come along. I think kind of breaking up the soil a bit helped her. I must of had it packed in pretty tight and the soil wasn’t draining very well, even with perlite mixed in. So hopefully it’s airy enough to good drainage and for the roots to expand more. She’s growing nicely now so I went and tied a couple branches down and she’s definitely starting to flower, lots of pistils.

Day 36 - Starting week 6 and calling this the start of and first week of flower. She’s got pistils shooting everywhere. Didn’t really have much to do with her today other than readjust some of the pipe cleaners that’s holding her branches down and tucked whatever leaves I could. I did remove the two bi and top fan leaves that were blocking a couple of the lower sites. Day 37 - She’s definitely doing better now and because of watering issues early on, I don’t think this is going to be a giant but she’s still putting on some decent size and should be a respectable harvest. She’ll be ready for some nutes and water tomorrow and just did some leaf tucking today. Would like to tie the “main” stem down again but she’s too stiff so just gonna let her go. Day 38 - Went ahead and upped the water just a bit and gave her a gallon and a half of water and nutes today. She’s starting to take off a bit but still looks overall wrinkly. Not sure what to think about that but she seems to be doing well other than that. Day 39 - Everything is still looking good with her. I readjusted one branch and retied it down and the everything in the middle now has a bit more light. That will probably be the last bit of LST I do and just gonna let her stretch and bloom from here on out. Day 40 - Nothing much new happening with her right now. She’s good on water and just took her out to get some updated pictures and make sure I tuck whatever leaves I can do to keep light shining at everything. Day 41 - Nothing much to update today, she should be ready for a bit of water tomorrow. I did end up retying a couple more branches back down to keep things opened up but nothing much else today. Day 42 - The end of week 6 today and she was ready for a feeding. Gave her a gallon and a half of water and nutes today. Other than that, she’s recovered well from the adjusted LST yesterday and she’s reaching back for the light. Went ahead and tucked some leaves as well and she seems to be doing good.

Day 43 - Starting week 7 and all is still going good. Not a whole lot really happening with her, just give her water and nutes when she needs it and keep the leaves tucked as much as possible. Hoping for a decent harvest from this girl. Day 44 - All looking good and she’s still not ready for any water yet, probably another day or two. Just took her out again for some updated pics and then tucked her leaves as much as I could. Day 45 - The pot was pretty dry today so ended up giving her 2 gallons of water and gonna use the rest of the Advanced Nutrients I have on her. Overall she’s doing well and looking good. Other than feeding today, I just tucked the leaves and out her back into the tent. Day 47 - All is looking good and she’s starting to develop a bit of that beautiful frost on her. She should be ready for nutes and water tomorrow and just took her out for some pics and then tucked her leaves again. Day 48 - All is still looking good and budding up really nicely. Thought she would be ready for water today but she’s still fairly damp so gonna give her another day or two. Tucked her leaves again and out her back into the tent. Day 49 - Ended week 7 today with 2 gallons of water and nutes. She’s starting to get nice and frosty but not much of a smell right now. Removed a couple dying leaves from the bottom and tucked everything else.

Day 50 - Starting week 8 and not much happening right now. Just watching the buds develop and the frost starting to come in. Still not much of a smell right now and hard to tell what kind of smell I am smelling. Didn’t do anything with her today but get some pictures and tucked the leaves. Day 52 - Thought she’d be ready for some water and nutes today but not quite, I’ll give it to her tomorrow. I did a heavy defoliation today and will probably be the only time I do it and will just remove dead or dying leaves from here on out. She’s definitely opened up a lot more so hopefully all is good with her. Day 53 - She pretty much dried up overnight and was ready for water today so she got 2 gallons of water and nutes. Seems to be doing ok after the heavy defoliation yesterday but still keeping an eye on her. She’s really getting frosty and smelly. Day 54 - Nothing much new today, just took her out for some updated pictures and adjust all the leaves and such to keep her opened up. Day 55 - Thought she would be ready for some water today but still a bit damn and will wait another day or two. Other than that, just took her out for some pics and tucked a couple leaves once she was back in the tent. Day 56 - The end of week 8 and had to give her two gallons of water and nutes today. As to remove a couple dead leaves from the bottom and just tucked the rest.

Day 57 - Starting week 9 and things for the most part are all good. Overall she looks a little funky looking but seems to be the common theme from other diaries I’ve seen, funky looking but a hell of a smoke so looking forward to this girl. No major issues though, very sticky and smelly right now. Day 58 - Nothing new to update today. Just out for some pictures and to let her stretch a bit. Out her back into the tent and tucked all the leaves again. Day 59 - Nothing new today, just updated pics and tucked her leaves again. All is looking good but still a couple weeks before thinking about harvesting. Day 61 - She was ready for some water today so got 2 gallons of water and nutes. Removed a couple top leaves that was blocking a couple bud sites and tucked everything else. Day 63 - The end of week 9 and looking like she’s got just a few weeks left so ended up doing another defoliation to try and maximize the lights to the buds. She should be good on water for another couple of days.

Day 64 - Starting week 10 and she should be getting 2 gallons of water and nutes tomorrow. She’s really starting to fill in a lot but a couple spots not so much but gonna just let her go until the trichs tell me she’s ready but still early yet as there’s nothing but clear with a couple cloudy in there. Day 65 - Checked the soil today and still not quite ready for water but she’s almost dry so most likely tomorrow she’ll get fed. Other than that, just got some updated pictures and tucked the leaves again. Day 67 - Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today, she was pretty dry. The temps were pretty warm in the tent for about a week and it’s looking like she’s starting to foxtail a bit. This is for my wife and I so not too concerned about bag appeal. Hoping some of the buds will fill in and fatten up the next couple weeks. Day 68 - All looking good and she’s definitely foxtailing a bit but not too worried about it and just gonna let her go until she’s ready to harvest. Still mostly clear trichs so thinking about 2-4 weeks left. Day 69 - Almost the end of another week with this girl and nothing major happening other than some foxtailing. Overall, she’s really frosty and really sweet smelling. Day 70 - It’s the end of week 10 and not much happening with her right now, just letting her do her thing. Just took her out for some updated pictures and placed her back in the tent.

Day 71 - Starting week 11 and still not much going on. Gave her water and nutes yesterday and just letting her fatten up as much as possible before chopping. From the looks of her, she’s still got a couple weeks but starting to show quite a bit of cloudy trichs but still quite a few clear. Day 72 - No major issues still, she is definitely foxtailing and not looking like the buds are gonna be as fat and dense and they could be but thinking it was either because of the heat we had for a bit or could of been from stress when I did the heavy defoliation or just a combo of them both but she’s for sure stinky and sticky and should still produce a good amount. I did give her two gallons of water and nutes today and thinking about just straight water from here on out. Day 73 - Still nothing new today but I am noticing that most of the colas aren’t really fattening up much but continuing to foxtail so might end up chopping her this weekend, especially since she’s pretty much all cloudy trichs in there with just a few sporadic clear and ambers. Gonna give her a few more days to see what happens and decide what to do this weekend. Day 74 - She’s most likely going to be getting the chop tomorrow. She’s foxtailing pretty bad now and I looked all over and couldn’t find any clear trichs, all cloudy with scattered amber. So instead of her continuing with the foxtailing, I’ll harvest her and salvage what I can. Day 75 - Nothing new, decided to give her another day or two before chopping, might end up doing it on Sunday. Day 76 - Still not ready to chop this girl yet so gonna give her a little more time and might not do it tomorrow either. Might end up giving her another week. Every time I think I’m ready to chop, I’ve been told to give her another week so that’s what I’m gonna do. Day 77 - The end of week 11 and giving her some more time before chopping. Not sure when I’m gonna cut her down yet but she keeps throwing out more and more pistils so letting her go at least another week.

Day 78 - Starting week 12 and this will probably be the last update until I chop her. I went ahead and pulled her from the tent and placed her in complete darkness for the 48 hours or so. It’s hard to tell in the pictures but she got reddish shriveled up pistils all over and she’s about 30% amber trichs. It’s been really warm and the house A/C stopped working so I just see the foxtailing getting worse with the heat so figured it’s time to chop.
