P#ANT0M Original Gangster

GrowLikeYknow This Phantom OG took a day or 2 longer than id like but she came up and is lookin good. Im glad cuz I only had 1 and i'm looking forward to trying out some of Barney's genetics. I used Jiffy pots to pop em this time and went straight into the big fabrics. Im doing a soil/coco blend, so im feeding light nutes to make up for the coir in there.

GrowLikeYknow Welp, this one came up alright at first but now it seems the top is just 2 leaves attached together like conjoined twins. Has one set of nodes above the cotyledons and then its just this weird twin leaf. what can i do? is it a dud? Could i just top it early above that first node? HELP!

GrowLikeYknow This thing topped itself. After the first node was a dead end, but luckily that node has branched out in 2 apexes. She is growing slow but i'll get to skip a topping on this one. Had some mushrooms pop up but i plucked em out and it seems to have stopped.

GrowLikeYknow So far so good with this phantom og. Other than one of my other plants getting attacked by gnats. I put some sticky cards in the pots and caught some. Hopefully they fuck off. This self topped baby is looking good. So I topped those 2 tops right before this post.

GrowLikeYknow Ok so this Phantom has become my fave plant. Since it started with 2 apexes its nice and sturdy. Hasnt really suffered any from the mushrooms and fungus gnats that have been plaguing her sisters, but I Gave her the same Peroxide/Neem/sticky card/diatomaceous earth treatment regardless. Still battling the Gnats in there but its better.... I'll prob veg at least 7 weeks and make this one a monster. This was a self topped plant and i topped a 2nd time this week, so thats up to 8. Just put in a net today and gonna start working on the canopy.

GrowLikeYknow OG taking well to the scrog. Still battling gnats in my tent, but the OG seems to not be getting hurt too bad by it.

GrowLikeYknow Not much to report other than adding a layer of sand on my topsoil. This OG doin just fine in despite of some of her sister's fights. This well be the last week of veg. We'll see how she stretch. 8 tops so this might be a MONSTER!

GrowLikeYknow First week of flower and good looking stretch. Did a neem oil and peppermint soap spraydown in hopes my tent makes it thru the flower cycle with no more bug issues. This OG looking like it'll be a monster.

GrowLikeYknow This OG is a bit shorter than the mainly sativa dom strains in my tent so i gave it a booster seat to get a bit more even on the canopy. The fact it self topped at the first node could be a contributing factor as well. Still have a bit of gnats in my tent but its an ongoing battle. They not really doing damage so I think I'm winning. Buds are coming in nicely.

GrowLikeYknow Happy with this Phantom OG. Did some defoliation at the beginning of the week to create more airflow in my tent and take of any super low bud sites that will just drain energy and never fully mature. Buds on this plants are the fattest of the bunch.

GrowLikeYknow OG def packin it on. Havin a hard time keeping the temp down now that its summer. Had a scare this week and this plant started sprouting new calyxes. I thought maybe they were growing balls! but naw...

GrowLikeYknow I feel like I’m seeing either a deficiency of some sort here. Hope it’s not lockout. The top buds on this plant are nice and fat. One of em fell over already. This grow was sort of feral since I was isolating at my gf house, so I didn’t focus too hard on training. I have a very dynamic range in heights so it’s tough to scrog this plant now.

GrowLikeYknow So I needed to move a plant out of the middle to get more direct light. (I have 2 lights) So I chose this OG to move into its place since the buds on this one are already huge. They’re falling all over the place. This OG has fat nugs and smells great. Only health issues are some burns or rust on some leaf edges and tips. Battling heat and humidity. But all good.

GrowLikeYknow This plant smells lovely. Buds are big and hard. Nice secondaries too. I am seeing some rusting on the tips and edges of the leaves closest to the biggest buds. Not sure what it is whether it’s a deficiency or a burn/lockout it don’t really matter now cuz it’s time to flush. Halfway thru this week I started that process. I think this one might be my favourite of this run. Hell it even topped itself!

GrowLikeYknow Def seeing a deficiency here, but after a week and a half of flush, this plant is ready for the chop. Buds are big and solid. Oh man this OG smells great. Even tho there is some leaf damage I feel like this might be my best strain on this run. Will follow up with a harvest report.

GrowLikeYknow So at first i was a bit concerned about the genetics cuz this plant self topped at the first node. That turned out to be a blessing and I had a good yield. A few weeks into flower i was seeing some deficiencies around the biggest buds. Made it to harvest just fine. Man the buds got so big and i might have had too much stretch cuz it was a battle to keep the colas standing up. This really is a great strain. I had issues this is my 2nd grow so i had the sophmore curse. mushrooms, gnats, heat and humidity fights, but this baby produced some seriously quality nugs. Def recommend and will run again sometime. Great job Barney's!
