Hi mate Now they are flowering I really wouldnt risk revegging them being feminised seeds because they just mite hermie on ya
also look into water crystals that can asorb and hold water for long periods might just help you out .
but to be honest after all that rain you had previously letting them dry right out probably did them a wold of good by allowing lots of air to get to those roots
