WEEK 4 - Day 25 - 04/29/20
Rickety Cricket has been transplanted into his "Old Coffee Can Garbage Home" to make it a conceptual grow hahaha
Transplanted on 4/28 into Dark Matter Super Soil and ProMixHP in a large Folgers container that I cut holes/slits in for drainage.
I have a couple more 5gal fabric pots but will keep this one small since my 3 Sour Diesels look like they might get big.
Started the LST as well and hopefully can control the shape to get as much as possible out of the small roots it will develop in the coffee can.
My Diatomaceous Earth shipment came in so I topped the soil and plant base to avoid any new bugs that hitched a ride in the super soil.
Can't wait to see how Rickety Cricket turns out!

Hi, I was looking at your training , and its better to use othere materials than this strong thread. You got to be able to solve the training , because the plant grows and branches get thicker,,,, so the ristk of strangeling is very high, you mounted the thread very close to the plant too
Iam using pipecleaners to bind the Plants
Hey there,
Thanks so much for running a diary of our genetics ๐
Let us know if you need any assistance, weโre more than happy to help.
Happy Growing !!! ๐ฑโ๏ธ๐ด๐๐ฟ๐ณ
Chased with water and slices of lemon. ๐๐๐ makes me want to grab a good scotch.
Around here, my favorite brand is only found in duty free. With shut down, I can only get blended scotch. Not the same as single malt.
@Stickyfingaz420, oh yeah she was in the same tent as my Sour Diesel. Just rotted and/or PH'd out from a shitty plastic coffee can with holes i cut with a razor blade lmao grow belonged in the trash/streets so a perfect ending for "Rickety Cricket" hahahah
Looking good. Top them early and they'll bounce back. Lol I know the golden auto rule is never to top but the way genetics are today I say if she healthy top her. Nice training ๐ good luck.
@northernMike, yeah trial and error is the best way to find what works for you. As much as we all would like to grow the showtime buds it's just not realistic without the proper equipment. Tho through trial and error we're able to find what works for us and grow our own showtime nugs. Good luck on your future harvests.
@ThatOneGuyOverThere,I topped 4 out 5 of my plants and the one that didn't get topped is the smallest๐
I found that more stress, less veg, gets these autos flowering fast, my watermelonpunch were flowering at 19-20days๐then the stretch.
I'm still experimenting, so every grow with autos is different๐ต
So, nowhere to grow but UP!!
Later!!
@ThrashedTV_BakedByGlaze, I definitely agree with that sentiment. A lot of information on the web pertains to large scale commercial style grow operations and not the small scale closet grows that most are doing.
