I obtained 3 Gelato #33 clones and placed them each in a 5 gallon DWC bucket setup. By the end of the week, I noticed small roots poking out the bottom of all of the plants.

The highlight of this week is whatever the F is going on with one of my plants. The back right plant has developed scrunched up leaves that have dark patches. The conditions are all the same in each bucket, 6.2 pH and same nutrients and the other two plants are looking very healthy. More recently, the scrunched up leaves began to get dry and crispy. Does anyone have an idea of what's happening? Someone I asked had said it might be a nutrient issue. I just refilled each plant's bucket with 4 gallons of fresh water and nutrients yesterday.

I'm growing 3 Gelato #33 plants in a DWC 5 G bucket setup. Same conditions for all 3 plants, but one of them is experiencing dark spots on the leaves and now they are beginning to shrivel up and dry out. The newer growth looks okay, but might not last long. What can I do ?

Hi @bildo It seems to me to be over-fertilization, it decreases the dosage. you can also see marks of PH variations on the leaves. good luck mate 👍🙏

I was forced into making this the last week of vegetation. I topped two of the plants, and did LST on all three of them. I am sort of thinking that the back right plant is different genetics than the other two.

This week got an upgrade with the camera quality. Also the first week of flowering. Had to flower a little bit early, but they have already grown so much in this first week. Did some defoliation as well today.

Coming in this week HOT! Lots of high quality pictures to capture how epic this one has been. A little backstory: I picked these clones up from a good friend. I was intending all three of them to be Gelato #33. 2 Weeks into Veg, I found a label from one of them that said, "Capn Cake". I guess I didn't pay enough attention when I first got them. Either way, I think I have easily identified the odd one out. I left for 2 days this week, and I came back and one of the plants was towering over the others. We'll call her the CAPN. Buds are starting to come in nicely. Can't wait to hopefully see color from the Gelato girls. I am also planning on winning the photo contest this month, as long as my flowers come in nicely. :)

I've heard different things about LST during flower. Should I take down all my tie downs or leave them on the plants?

This week went as expected. Flowers are starting to form like I hoped so. Looking forward to the coming weeks and hoping to see some purple color on two of the plants soon. If you have any questions, comment below.

Didn't have a chance to take nicer photos of the ladies this week. Also posting relatively late. It is what it is. Increasing the nutrients slightly this week.

Was gone in Vermont this week, and came back and snapped these photos. Finally starting to see some purple color come out on the edges of the leaves. Might start cooling down the water in the buckets soon for more color.

This week I spent a few hours setting up a photo studio to take the highest quality shots I could. I thought these two shots were the best. I am submitting one to the photo of the month contest. We will hope for the best!

Flowering is coming along great. Really starting to see some good color and trichomes from these girls. Disclaimer: One of these photos is edited to make the bud look more purple.

@@Athos, are you certain? I've been reading more about the brown spots and I think it could be a Potassium deficiency.
