Not grown in 8 years. The first week was a rush to get set up and seeds had cracked so didn't get time to document anything, all set up now and plants doing well.
14 days old! Quick one lives up to its name. 3 seeds all germinated in 24 hours and were planted after 72 hours from seeing the seeds crack straight to the pot they will remain in for entire grow. Week 1 was pretty slow but had some humidity and lighting issues, week 2 and they're flying and don't seem to be affected by anything, so far so good 🙂
Day 15 and it turns out I Fimmed the plant I meant to Top, seems happy enough, broke a fan leaf bending them and it slowed that leafs growth and made room for more light 🙂all moving fairly quickly, will update at end of the week.
So thought I'd give a quick update after 2 of the 3 girls popped pistols, I hadn't been in for 3 days and noticed while watering this morning, plant 1 the one I topped hasn't shown any signs of pistols yet though. Will update at end of week again 🙂
Crazy growth the last week! All three girls have popped pistols now and all look healthy. Had gnats all over last week but nothing some nematodes couldn't sort. I'm pretty happy with this week's progress, excited to see them flower now 🙂 snapped a stem on plant 2 a bit bummed but shes okay. ✌️❤️
Hey guys sorry I posted this late had a really crazy week abd didn't get to tend to the girls at all and resulted in 2 seedlings dying 🙁 but all these girls are good and growing crazy now. Will update later in the week. Happy growing ✌️❤️
Hi strange question but, Has anyone on here from the UK been caught growing and if so how much and what happened? Just had the police visit my house about a noise complaint (music) they never said anything but now I'm worried they could smell it and might come back? #shittingit
Hello.. Hope you are well.. Im a UK resident and have been caught 3times 4 cultivation..last visit got me 50hrs community service, 290squid fine n took all my growing equipment.. Very very unlikely they will come bk.. If they wanted to search they cud of then.. 21 plants they took off me!! 😠.. Under 9 plants its hard for any major criminality charges.. Its the law!!.. Stay safe n gud luck keeping the rozzers away.. Honestly tho don't worry.. 👍🍀
Day 42 the start of week 7 and things are going great. These girls have really surprised me, they are thriving going into flower! Will be interesting to see the final yield per plant. Had the police turn up for a noise complaint (music, wasn't me) they stood right by the girls hidden in a closet, nearly got rid of the girls to be fair.. but they are still going strong would be a shame to stop now. Sorry guys another hectic week and my favourite girl is ready to harvest tomorrow, the other 2 will be ready very soon too. Been very interesting. The biggest girl with the fat buds has such a fisting smell of mint which the other 2 girls don't have, they are just really sweet and citrusy. Can't wait for these to finish now. These girls all germinated fine but then they struggled a little for the first couple of weeks. I topped plant 1 and it responded very badly and never put much weight on as a result. Plant 2 responded very well to LST and will have the biggest yeild I'd guess. Plant 3 struggled the most at the start but she pulled through so we'll and had no set backs after that. I have only tried a small amount that I cut a few days back it was a little grassy still but smells so Nice, like fresh citrus and mint notes the taste will come when they are dried properly. Overall I'd highly recommend this strain to anyone who is a first time grower or is a little impatient. Not the highest yielding plant that is the only reason this strain gets a 9, for what they call gutterweed. I like the high because it's milf and I can smoke when I have important shot to do and it still gets done. Like and comment, i will uodate all dry weight with pictures in a day or 2. These girls where all very different in weight,size and shape. Produced about what I expected really. I'll be using some for edibles and will smoke the rest. All in all definitely worth a grow. Very pleased after reading comments that this strain wasn't very good for seasoned smokers but after growing and smoking this strain I have to strongly disagree. The quick one is a boss strain no doubt!
@Superskunkoldskool, I have 3 pots all different sizes (all I had) 7.5 ltr 10ltr and 20ltr. The one in 7.5ltr I am now watering everyday she's out growing that pot. The 10 ltr one every 2-3 days and the 20 ltr every 3-4 days. Feel free to ask me more. Happy growing ✌️❤️
@RLewis, I LST from the moment the first sugar leaves block light from the stem and have found this promotes heavier growth with every single plant I have done this too and when I've not done leaf bending from the first days the foliage is far less than others I have trained early. I would advise trying this with your next crop just to see, can't hurt to try.. at the end of the day it's a weed and they are designed to thrive given the right conditions even under the hardest conditions they still want to grow.
