All 3 germed in wet paper towel on 84 degree plate in 24hrs. Then into peat pods under florescent light. Put under led today. Will be transplanting outdoor in a few weeks.
So far I havent seen another diary on here of this strain so I hope I can get some great results. Just ph'd water goin into the fox farms ocean forest soil for now.
Moved outside now in gallon pots with fox farm ocean forest soil. Probly going in the ground as soon as I get the spots prepared. Hoping they will become monsters!
Well glad I havent put these in the ground yet! Next 4 days temps are getting down in the 30s and even low 20's so they have gone back inside till the cold snap is over. They got a decent bit of rain while they were out so no water needed for a few days.
Topped 2 for clones and transplanted one to a 7 gal fabric pot. 2 others will go in the ground this week. Finally should not be in any danger of frost here. They all seem healthy and happy. Took these pics before the move out.
Been a couple days of rain here so I have not really done any feeding this week.. 2 are in 7 gal pots but o haven't yet gotten #3 put in the ground... when it dries out tho it will be happening... depending on how they look in a couple weeks the other 2 may go into the earth also... these can grow to be huge I have read... #s 1 and 2 were topped last week and only 1 clone successfully rooted....3 will be left to grow tall.
Gotten behind on my outdoor diaries.. been a hot rainy couple weeks here but they are healthy and growing rapidly. The 2 left in 7 gallon pots will probly go into some 20 gallon pots. These can grow crazy big and that's what I wanna see lol. Took some cuttings this week also that might go in the ground when they get established... we will see.
One is showing alot of pistils and entering into flower it seems with the other 2 a little farther behind. Of the 2 that were still in fabric pots, one was buried in its pot into a hole will prepared soil. Just cut some slits in the pot to help to roots to spread. Probly unnecessary but oh well. Those pots are cheap enough. The other went into the was tub in its fabric pot with some slits in it. I think they will do very well this way. They would've all probly gone into the ground if it weren't for the fact that the spot they are in has had a problem with flooding and I want to be able to move them in an emergency situation. So I wanted Huge pots but I'm too cheap to buy them haha. A friend suggested wash tubs from old washing machines and I actually like the idea. Maybe they will almost act like a fabric pot with the holes all over for more oxygen to the root zone and good drainage. They've gotten the first feeding with bloom nutrients and we've had too much rain lately so we'll see when they dry out again. The one that was put in the earth a few weeks ago is an absolute beast... a little taller than me now at over 6ft. Gonna need to get some netting up soon I fear in case of a severe storm. All 3 will be monsters!!
Holy hell these girls are getting tall! The middle one that has been in the ground for a month is nearly 8 feet tall. Good side branching as well. Wish I had put the one that is farthest into flower somewhere else besides next to that Beast! It blocks alot of light! Heat and dry weather in the forecast so will be feeding them how I want to finally.
Hoping the vertical growth is slowing down! The one in the ground longest is over 9 ft tall now. The pic of my hand reaching up is near the same cable that the tallest part of the main cola is near. I can reach 8 ft high and the girl is well over that cable now. The one that has been in full on flower now for 2 weeks is behind and to the left of the beast. Gettin some shade but oh well from midday on it's getting all sun. The 3rd specimen is in the 20+ gallon tub from a washing machine. It's nearly as tall as the beast now... but in a pot. It was topped early so will have 2 good main colas.... like the one farthest in flower. Condition have been good just today we were nearly missed by a storm with hail and high winds. Thank you mother nature! They are gonna produce bigtime. Last watering was no nutes but now is time to feed! Only thing I need now is some support for windy situations. Gonna need it for buds sake also. Lots of side branching.. will probly be applying some neem oil again to help with pests before buds start really forming.
Continue to start flower dot the big 2 the little one started flower about 3 weeks ahead somehow... wish I would have cloned her.. been hot and dry so have been able to really feed them. Need to do another neem treatment as bugs have been persistent.
Starting to fill out these massive branches.. but now I am getting little boring worms in some stems causing rot. Not sure what is laying its eggs on my plants but i need a solution fast. I have a product called PureCrop1 i am thinking about spraying on them. Any input is well appreciated.
Somebody tell me how to eliminate these boring fucking asshole orange worms! I have a product called PureCrop1 that is natural and safe to use up until harvest allegedly. Not sure if it would be effective on these tho. Also have some azamax and some neem oil.
Hello buddy.. Hope ur well.. It looks like a butterfly larvae..theirs Caterpillar predator animals insects that eat caterpillar eggs or disrupt their life cycle.. Horticultural oils, oils that smother eggs and caterpillars.. Decoy plants, attract caterpillars away from target plants.. Info taken from nature&garden.com..👍🍀
I've the same plant just gone in the greenhouse for summer, big smartpot and home made compost, I too hope she kills it - depends on the weather where I am though.....
I've topped mine at the 4th node and LST'd her - within the morning it's tops had turned 90 upwards, I've a good feeling about this one, an early sativa is gold to me!
