No need to start feeding yet. Seeds come with all the nutrition necessary to get the first two leaves (cotyledons) out into light. Once the first true leaves show up, you can use plain water for a week or two after that, then consider low dose feeding. The only thing you have to do is to water ( not too much neither not enough ) , and the soil will provide nutrients for at least 3 weeks , it's generally when you'll have to consider a feeding.
